I am wearing these shoes for the first time today. I am usually a 7, but a 6.5 in sandals. A 37 usually fits perfectly. These are very large. My toes slip way back and the ankle strap is too loose. They are very cute, but I feel like the looseness takes away from that somehow.

I really like these shoes- super cute and they look good with a lot of stuff BUT they aren't very comfortable. Maybe they just need to be worn in a little bit more, but these aren't shoes to wear around all day. If you don't really need arch support and you are willing to make the sacrifice to wear them in, I would totally recommend them.
