Disaster

The first pair I ordered was missing the speed hooks. I ordered these shoes from endless for the fast shipping. I NEEDED these shoes in 2 days.
The 2nd pair I received was in tatters. Scratches, dents, loose speed hooks, wear on the soles,... They didn't even include the original Allen Edmonds box or shoe bags.
