Disappointing

I'd had my eye on this bag for almost a year and when it went on clearance at Endless I decided to treat myself and get it. When it got here, I was really disappointed. It's way smaller than I thought it would be and the brown leather trim is a lot lighter than pictured, which makes the bag look cheap. The worst problem is that the leather trim looks very cheap and low-quality. If this is a $400 bag, I'm the Easter Bunny. I have bags of all different brands - Coach, Cole Haan, etc. and I've never seen leather that looks this bad on any of my other bags. The stitching on the handles is badly done, the finishings are not done well, and the impression overall is just not good. I am returning it as it isn't even worth the very reduced price I paid.
