Cute boot. Was loking for something that was warm and comfortable. This boot was not it. The boot itself was made decent, no obvious defects or flaws. I liked the fact that they were lined with real shearling, not some fake immitation. However, they were very uncomfortable with no support. It felt like I was shuffling around with heavy boxes on my feet. As far as warmth, I guess they were warm, not outstanding. Size: I wear an 8 or 8 1/2, ordered a 9. Good fit, but sloppy. The shaft was not binding or constricting on my calf. They do run very wide for an average foot, even with a heavy sock.

I do like the boots, but had I realized they were sheepskin I never would have bought them as I don't believe in killing animals for human comfort. I wish I had paid more attention to the description and not just gone by the looks. Also, the black fur inside the boots turn my legs black. My niece has a pair and she has the same problem.

I got a 10 b/c another reviewer said these ran a bit small. It's true, but it's not. I am normally about a 9, so it's probably close to a true 10 in the foot, but the boot shaft is super narrow, I think. If it hit any higher on my calf, I would not be able to pull the boot up. BUT it is VERY warm, and it is hard to find a boot that actually keeps my foot warm. I also like the level of traction this boot offers. I bought them for my winter dog walking job, and they do the trick!

Not Ugg boots for sure!

These run small. Though they are only 10 inches high, they seem to be a very tight fit below the calf compared to Ugg's. I will use a liquid I have that stretches shoes/boots while you wear them. I've never had to do this with any other boot but husband has. I think I regret not buying Ugg's again this year. I just pitched 4 pair of them this fall when cleaning my closet.

Scotchgard-ed these boots and wore them through snow with no problems. The boots provide warmth and good gripping soles. I found that the fit was small for the size.

These are good boots and I enjoy wearing them a lot. I would have given them five stars except they scrape against the back of my feet and caused some bruises. So now when I wear them, I have to tape some cotton pads to the back of my feet as extra padding. The purple color is also very pretty.

I am usually a 7.5-8 in sneakers, ordered this in 8. I wear thin socks and they fit fine, I think they have stretched out a bit so I can probably wear thicker socks soon.
Supportive, comfortable, although I feel when I walk my foot slips out a little bit but could be caused by the thinner socks. Very warm though!
The boot shaft could be a little small but I have thin legs, so for women with large calves you might want to go an extra size up and wear thick socks..

My daughter wanted some "Ugg type" boots for her birthday. I just went on line and picked these because of the free overnight shipping. I was a little worried about what size to order. She wears a 7 1/2 & I ordered a 7. She LOVES them and said they're perfect. Said they're so comfy, she doesn't have to wear socks. And I loved the free shipping!

inconsistent construction

I normally wear a 9 but ordered these in both 9 and 10. The 9 was much too small. The 10 had rigid bumps due to poor construction on the insole. The instep also seems to be too short.

These boots are nice but are not roomy. Make sure you order your true size and wear normal socks (not thick). Boot shaft can be narrow in the beginning but will stretch.

I had been wearing the same pair of boots for about the past 25 years and they were beginning to feel a little snug, so I decided to get some new ones. The old ones were 8 1/2 Narrow, so I ordered these in a 9, since that's what I've been wearing in shoes in the last few years. When they came, I literally could not fit my foot into the boot! I had thought they might possibly feel a little tight, but I never expected to feel like Cinderella's ugly step-sisters! So I returned them and ordered them in a 10, which fit great! (Before I reordered them, I tried on some Uggs at a MUCH higher price, and these seem every bit as good to me.) Plus I really like this color.

great boots! as soon as you put your feet in them it gives you that cozy feel, and it hugs your feet and legs. the lining is thick so it keeps your feet warm even on minus temperatures. i ordered a size 7 even though my feet are 6 1/2 and i have a high arch, but the lining helps customize the shoe to your shape. i also have a wide calf but this boot stretches so it gives you a snug fit, perfect for winter. the rubber sole is also great for walking in the ice/snow.

I like these boots. Only part I have a problem with is the black ring I have around my calf when I wear them. Comes off in the shower though.

I love these boots! But after reading the other reviews I ordered a size 10 even though I normally wear an 8-1/2. I knew I'd often be wearing them with thick socks and that I wanted room to stick my pants legs inside the shaft. The size 10 turned out to be perfect. Even without thick socks, they fit just right.

i am normally a size 7 but got boots in an 8 and they fit just fine that way. i have a feeling 7 would have been 2 small. there is a lot to be desired in arch support, but boot gets more comfortable everytime i wear. highly recommend.

I really liked these boots and think they're a great value for the price, considering (I believe) they are real leather and real sheepskin. However, I had to send mine back. They felt short and wide on my feet. My toes touched the end, but at the same time my feet wanted to slip out with each step. I wore them around the house a little and decided that was too annoying of a feeling! Since I wear a size 11, alas, there was no returning to get a larger size for me. (Larger size would've been too wide anyway.) These probably work great for people who have wide feet. But for "regular" or narrow feet, or also those with long toes, good luck getting a good fit. Too bad!

These boots are very comfortable and warm. My right foot is wide and misshapen due to arthritis but this boot fits without being tight or too loose for the left foot. I am very pleased.

I abided by the warning that the shoe fit small and ordered an 8 (I am usualy a 7.5). The fit is perfect, the circumference around the calf is good (I have medium-sized calves). Love these boots!

I love these boots! They feel a bit snug with winter socks, tho I wouldn't want a bigger size. No break in period. Good grip in snow & ice. I get many compliments. Cheaper alternative to Uggs, yet great quality! Love the height & neutral color. Easy to get on & off. Would buy again with Bing cashback and sale.

I bought these boots for the winter season, and I really like them. Although, these boots are not stylish, I was still able to coordinate them with casual outfits. I enjoy wearing them when I am running errands and picking up groceries. A must have!

The boots are nice looking, but I have to have my husband help me get these on as I cannot get them on by myself. My foot is wide so getting it on is a chore. I wish they had pull loops on the top of the booth so I can pull it on myself. Afer getting my foot in it, it seemed to fit, but after wearing it on a day trip I felt the tips of my toes started to hurt. I am hoping they stretch out enough so I can get them on by myself and become roomier in the toe box. They are warm, but after a few hours of wearing them in cold weather my feet started to get cold even though I was wearing socks. I don't think I could wear these for extended periods of time.

I really like these boots and purchased in size 9 and 10 because I wasn't sure which would fit better. I ended up keeping the 10 and sending back the 9 (I usually wear a 9) and think the free return shipping makes this completely worth the effort. Have not worn them outside yet, but I really like the feel of them so far.

Love the color, love the traction, wish the toe didn't have the seam as it makes the boot very "clunky" looking. I always wear a size 8 and this "just" fits in the length but if I got it larger I would worry that my heel would slip. I'm a tennis player and have a developed calf muscle and the shaft is not too tight, I even have room to tuck jeans in the shaft. Perfect for wearing in the snow and cold and with my casual clothing.

This was my 1st purchase of Bearpaw boots. They are soooo nice and comfortable that I purchased a black pair also, definately recommend if you don't want to dish out for some highly expensive Uggs.

It's very strange that I bought these exact boots last winter in brown in a size 7 and they were perfect! Then about 6 months ago I bought them in black but they fit weird; too high at the arch. Now I bought them in a 7 in nutmeg and they are too small! Bearpaw seems to lack consistency. I also bought the Bearpaw moccasins and they were too BIG in a 7. Be careful...

I bought these for my daughter and she loves them. The only problem we had was that I ordered the size 7 for her because she normally wears a 6 1/2 size shoe and we had to exchange it for the size 8 which are a little roomy on her but that is probably a good thing because she is 12 and her feet are still growing.

These shoes actually have a nice design. The stitching on the top toe sets these boots apart from the others. The heavy sole is a nice feature too, making these more shoes/boots than slippers. But they are also very comfy and has soft insides. Although I just got this pair, my past BearPaws have ended up falling apart and smelling really bad (so probably should wear socks in them).

An "8" too small -- an "9" too large -- need 1/2 sizes!

I bought these boots mainly for warmth & comfort in cold, snowy & rainy weather -- they fit the bill for that! I first ordered an "8", which is my normal size - they were slightly too snug -- the "9" is too loose - especially around the heel! But better that than not being able to "tug" it on! A 1/2 size (81/2) would have been perfect!
I must say, though, that I LOVE the shipping & return policy of Endless --far superior to others I've tryed -- I will try to buy all my online shoes & accessories here in the future!

the description stated these boots run small if you are a half size order the next size up. so i ordered a 9 but they are fairly big, they did not run small. so i wanted to exchange them for a size 8. well i decided i liked the regular style w/ the thinner sole better so i wanted to get those in an 8. i used a promo code discount so i called and they said they will only honor the discount if i get the same exact model not the other one. why should that matter? the code was for all the bearpaw boots so why cant i use it for my exchange? doesnt make sense to me. even after telling them i would buy them somewhere else they wouldnt honor it. so i am returning these and buying them elsewhere.
