The narrow was still way too wide
These are really cute shoes, but even the narrow was too wide. It's narrow at the ball of foot area, but from there back it's too wide. Heel slipped, and there was huge gaps between my foot and the side of the shoe. I even tried inserts and heel liners and still could not get the shoe to stay on my foot, so had to return them.
Bella Vita Ballet Flat
This flat feels very comfortable. I will wear it with skirts as well as pants and capris. Good choice for XW foot.
