I just wish the heel was more narrow. I get these shoes all the times because of the support of my ankle. But if u have wide 4E feet you need these shoes.

Have flat feet and tried prescribed inserts which were uncomfortable. Read the reviews on these before buying and they are perfect! They do need to be ordered a half size bigger and I ordered the wide which was a great choice! And the free shipping and return sealed the deal, who wouldn't give them a try!

Not as good as I hoped

The shoe isn't very "tall", that is the height from the sole to the tongue. As a consequence the laces are just barely long enough to tie. Even at that I find the shoe a bit uncomfortable due to the pressure on the top of my foot. The laces are hard to adjust because they don't slide through the eyelets; you have to individually adjust each and every pair of eyelets. It took me 20 minutes just to get the shoes on and adjust the laces the first time. This is the only shoe that I've ever seen that's been like this. All that said, the shoe is fairly light, offers reasonably good arch support and has more "cush" than most shoes, but I'll not buy another pair ever. I like "Shape Ups" better even though they take some getting used to due to the rocker in the sole.

This is my second BAW for my wide and "collapsed foot" (a medical term). Size purchased: 10 4EEEE. This shoe is so comfortable that I am not satisfied with any of my other shoes, including an SAS shoe.

I have fallen arches. The is the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn and my feet feet the best they have in years. Excellent arch support. (Also, I do wear custom arch supports in my shoes.)

This Brooks Addiction Walker is my favorite every day shoe and the 2nd one I have had. I need a lot of support, especially arch and this shoe really delivers. I tried to buy another in brown, but Endless was out of stock in my size. I asm keeping watch.

This shoe has support and is good for the big guys. My only suggestion would be to add a better insole for comfort.

Best Quality in Anti-Pronation on the Market

I am a C-Ped and this shoe is the best quality in Anti-Pronation you can buy. I buy a new pair every 2 years. The old ones are still sturdy enough to use for garden shoes another 2 years. Genuine leather, built in medial heel wedging and stability support. All that's hard to find in one athletic shoe. Sizes for both men and women this one is hard to beat. The only issue is it runs about a full size small. So if you wear an 8 med buy a 9 med. If you tend to be extra wide it even comes in EE, but if you have a wide forefoot and narrower heel it sometimes fits better in the heel if you go to a size and a half longer and stay with the single E width. Of course with Endless there's never any shipping so buy a couple of sizes and try them on for yourself. Just send back the one that didn't work. Gotta love Endless.com!

Bought these shoes based on reviews for my cruise to Alaska. Arrived 2 days before departure so the first time I really walked any distance was in Alaska. WOW is all I can say. Felt great from the first step to the last step. I recommend these to anyone who wants a comfortable walking shoe.

Not as fancy as some brands but more comfortable than any other brand I've tried. The only shoe that comes close and is truer to size is the New Balance 927WT. Sorry Nike-you've got cool colors but less comfort.

I am a 66 yeear old white male diabetic with congestive heart failure and walk 3 miles each to help combat the effects of both. My feet are very sensative. This shoe is more comfortable than the training shoes I have worn previously. My only complaint is the color. All white makes it look like a girls gym shoe. I would prefer that it had Navy or black trim to give it a more manly appearance.

These are the most amazing pair of shoes I have purchased and will continue to buy them. I have flat feet and tend to over pronate but with the Brooks Addiction Walker, I can keep walking on and on. I would also commend Endless.com for making purchases hassle free and am a regular customer. I would recommend these shoes for anyone with a desire for pain free walking

This is the second pair of Brooks Addiction walkers I have bought. The first pair were the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. This pair has taken more breaking in and has rubbed my heels. I am hoping over the next week or so, they will improve.

I bought these for my hubby, an auto technician who is on his feet all day...for him they are extremely comfortable, he was having foot pain before he started wearing them, and it is gone now,they offer great support..I would highly recommend them!!

This is the 3rd Brooks Addiction Walker I have bought and it's the most comfortable shoe I have ever had. Unlike most shoes that require a break-in period I can put this one on and immeciately if feels like I have my slippers on. I wear Good Feet Store arch supports inside my shoes and this is the style they recommend. I wouldn't have anything else.

This is my third pair of Men's Addition Walkers. They really support my feet for my long walks and they're phenomenally comfortable!

My only complaint: I ordered brown but got black. Since all my previous pairs were black, I didn't bother sending them back.

This is a shoe that is lightweight but not limited to quick wearing. I also have a pair in white about two years old and they have held up great. Only issue is the photo of the brown is incorrect. It looks like suede, but it is a smooth darker brown, closely matching the brown sole color.

Tried for 5 mo to get this shoe, finally had to go to the Corp.HQ in Washington.
Love the shoe.
Comfortable for 24/7/365 wear.
The brown can also double as a dress shoe.
Purchased a 2nd pair as a backup in case I have problems buying again after 1st pair wears out.
Best walking/exerchise shoe I've found in my 67 yrs.
Also, VERY BAD LOWER BACK,titatium left hip, shoe is VERY comfortable and enables my health problems in walking and exercise.
The only pair of shoes I will purchase/wear till whenever.
If you can't find,in stores or online, contact the Corp HQ in Washinton State.

Awesome shoe for flat-footers

This show was suggested to me several years ago when I was diagnosed with severe flat feet. I wear them at work with a $20 arch insert and they hold their arch support for at least a year with 10 hours of daily use. I only get a new pair every year or so because they begin to look old and worn, but never feel old and worn.

I've owned many sneakers over the years and these rank among the best I've ever had. The look is a bit generic, but you can't beat them for comfort and the ability to stand for long periods of time without any stress. Good job Brooks!

I am a RN and I am on my feet for 12 hours a day. I gotta tell you these are the best shoes I have ever worn on my feet. I am 5'10" and weight 185lbs but I have really flat feet. I have back pain if I am wearing shoes that are not supportive to my flat feet. These shoes do not cause any back pain. They are wonderful!
