want different size

Because I have never bought a pair of snow boots in 30 years I didn't know how to order this kind of boot. So I would like to send them back and get a size larger, if this is possible. I want the same boot. I could not get my food in the boot is was so narrow. Could you help me get the right size, I would really apprciate it.

I wanted something guaranteed waterproof that was suede and I found it. I can run around shopping or doing errands and I find this boot very comfortable. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is I wear a 9.5 and felt it was a bit short for me so I exchanged it for a 10, I do like to wear my boots with socks so maybe this is why I felt more comfortable in a bigger size .... overall nice boot!

The sole is cushy but the ankle is wide and after half an hour walking in these boots i had horrible blisters.

Unlike many winter boots, they are slim fitting and light in weight.
Comfortable and warm, and safe to walk in the snow!

Comfortable winter boot, but the shaft is a bit too narrow for tucking in pants, etc. for inclement weather.
