Vertical heel straps need to be shorter

I'm looking for a comfortable pair of shoes for my wedding. The heel height felt like I could wear it for a long period but the support round the ankle is not great. Although I think with the low heel this shouldn't be a problem. I have returned them as I think I need a wide fitting shoe, the vertical bits on the heel strap were too long so they gaped a bit and also the front of the shoe is fraying slightly which makes them look a little cheap in my opinion. They are OK and if I get desperate I may re-order in the wider size, but I think I will try a different style first.

I bought these for my wedding and I absolutely love them, they are so comfortable and very elegant looking. With the wider heel, I am sure I will be able to wear them all night long. Thanks again!
