Good boot!
I am very pleased with this boot! I've worn them three times already and only owned them a week! They are very, very warm and have a nice support. The sizes do run big. I usually wear anywhere from an 8.5-9.5 and I ordered an 8. They fit perfectly.
Really does run large
I usually order a 9-1/2, sometimes a 10, preferably wide. I read the reviews about these running large and got a 9. But a 9 is still too big. The wool inside is not quite as soft and thick as Uggs, but it does have better arch support. Good buy for the price, but seriously, get it a size smaller than you think you need.
great purchase
these are high quality boots that keep my feet warm without sweating. They are very comfortable and are resistant to water. I love my boots!!! and they were SOOOOO much cheaper than other boots of the same quality!!!
Awesome boots
I love these boots. They are very cute and comfortable, and the price is reasonable. They are excellent quality and I would highly recommend them. I would suggest buying a size down from your normal shoe size. I normally wear an 8, but bought these in a 7 and they fit great!

I treated them for water, but will treat them again because my toes got cold from the morning dew seeping in. I wear them all the time. I will probably buy another pair! They look great with jeans. I recommended them and the site to all my friends and workmates.

I read the other reviews that said order a size down, and I did. They fit great a size lower than my regular size and are so soft inside! The wool keeps my feet warm outside but not too warm indoors. I highly recommend these boots!
GREAT in place of expensive "other" brand!
I bought these for a friend for her birthday. If you have never had Uggs before, than these are the PERFECT alternative!! I only say that because once you have Uggs, you notice the difference. If you never had, you would never know, I promise you that! GREAT product and GREAT website!
Great boots, great price
I bought these to replace Uggs that I had lost. I knew a few people who had tried this brand and figured, since they were on sale and so much cheaper I'd try them. I LOVE THEM. They're incredibly comfortable, have all the same things the Uggs have, and were less than half the price! I actually think the arch support in these is a little better than the Uggs, but maybe Uggs has improved that in the last few years. Overall, great buy.
love them
i love these boots. I was worried at first because i have a wide calf but they fit great! Also i ordered my regular size when i could had gotten a size smaller... but i think it will be fine if i wear socks
Great boot; but order a smaller size
These boots are a great value! Well made and quality materials. Love plush lining & they're so comfortable. But--you definitely need to order a half- or full-size smaller than your regular size. I wear 11 medium & ordered a 10 and they fit fine.
I love these boots
I decided I wanted to buy these boots and read all the customer ratings. I went against most of the comments about buying down one size. I wear a true 7 and that is what I ordered. Since you have free returns, I thought I would not be out of luck if they didn't fit. I ordered them in Chestnut and they fit exactly as they should. Love them a lot!
Westerngal
I ordered these because I have a pair of Uggs in brown and really love them, but wanted a shorter pair in black. I found these and thought they'd be perfect. However, they aren't as supple as my Uggs and are much stiffer, making them difficult to walk in. The heel also slips as I walk. I have very narrow feet and usually wear rag wool socks in my boots to help with all that, but even the socks didn't help with the comfort. I already threw the box away, so guess I'll wear them at home as "slippers"! At least my feet will be warm at home!
Most comfortable and great looking boot
Love those boots, look great, UGGs comparable for 1/2 the price.The inside is not a soft fur, but is rather a curly white wool. Very warm. Initially was bothered by excess wool in one of the boots, but was able to pull it out and now extremely comfi both with and without socks. Highly recommended.
Martian Foot
Sure they are comfy, but particularly ugly. HUGE thud foot looking cut to them. I have seen many other shearling style boots that are not nearly this abnormally "moon boot"-ish. They look overwhelming and ugly unless you are 300lbs or something.. I ordered the 'Kimba' style too, and they are so much more pleasing to wear and look at.
Comfort
Great comfortable boot. I normally take a 6 1/2 ordered these in a size 5 and they fit. My feet are a little wide and I have room with this size. Husband said I look so "cute" in these!

I absolutely love these boots !!! I feel like I am wearing comfortable slippers. I did originally order my true size and had to return and order a full size smaller. They fit perfectly. I would wear these everyday.

Cozy!
They were serious about the Next Day delivery. Awesome service! I don’t have Ugg to compare, but this is very cozy and comfortable. I sang, “I’m in Heaven...” It is a field of marshmallow inside. It really doesn’t have much of arch support, but that’s missing from a lot shoes. Size. Well, I wear size 9 and got 9. It’s roomy with plenty of wiggle space for my toes. It feels about half size bigger. For shoes like this I wanted some extra territory. From my experience, I wouldn’t recommend getting one full size smaller, only half. If you wear 9.5, go for 9. If you want it really snug/fitted, then go one full size down. But why would you want to.
I really like these!
I really like these boots. They are made really good. I didn't know if I should order down a size and decided to order my reg. size. I am an 8 and these boots fit me fine with socks on. I am really glad that I didn't order a size 7 because I don't think that would of fit.
great boots
These boots (and the 2 other pairs I ordered) arrived overnight, as promised. They are exactly as described. I am a half size and ordered 1/2 size down, as recommended by others. They fit perfectly! So comfortable! I am in a lot of pain as I am several weeks away from having my hip replaced. I was afraid they would not support or otherwise be a problem, but they feel so good and I believe I actually feel less pain on the days I wear them. Highly recommended by me!!!!
Great boots
I read all the reviews before I sent for them, but now I am returning them for the next up. I normally wear a size 6.5 or 7 in every other shoe, but after reading the reviews I ordered a size 6 but they fit too snug.
OMG! I Love Them
Just received them, it took all of two seconds to decide I Was keeping these! They are so comfy. Fit is slightly big, but I'm not sliding around in them. Order smaller than your true size. I'm a 6 and ordered a 5.
There's Truth in Reviews
I read the reviews written on this Emu boot and there's alot of truth inwhat others have to say. So many said the boot was a size larger and to order a size down. I didn't. The boot is a size larger! I like the roominess but the perfect fit would have been a size down. I'm giving these 7's to my mother and ordering a 6 for myself. That's the truth but, let's keep that part a secret.
Worth the money, but buy one size DOWN
I'm definitely pleased with this boot. It is almost HALF the price of UGGS. There is a different feeling when you put it on, I will say. There is something 'different' in the way the bottom feels under your foot...in the construction of the sole. But it's totally fine. I've worn the boot around the house, since it's only the end of September, and I haven't worn it out yet. I researched which size to order by reading all the opinions on this site. They were conflicting. One said buy a size up, one said buy a size down. I am here to tell you, without any equivocation: BUY ONE SIZE DOWN from your normal boot size. I ordered a 9 and it was way too large. The boot fits large!!! I wear a 9 in Uggs and an 8 in this EMU boot. I had to return the 9 and order the 8. Enjoy!
One size too big
I am a size 6 sometimes 6 1/2. I read the reviews about them running a 1/2 size too large so I bought the 6. They were big...especially on the top of the foot. The length felt somewhat true to size but the top is what made my foot move all over the place. I returned them and ordered the size 5 a little scared it would be too small. I quickly got my refund for the original and got my new boots 2 days later. The shipping is awesome and the return process is easy and quick! After one day of wearing these, they broke in and fit like a comfortable 6. They were snug at first in the toe and now fit perfectly. So comfy...warm, warm, warm, and durable! In my opinion, they run between a half to full size too big. If you go the size under your normal size it may be snug but they will break in!

Picked these up to wear for a week of gem shopping in Tucson since my trusty UGGS were black or brown and I wanted a nice light sand 'spring color' with mid height... and I was 'wowed'! by the comfort! I never even 'broke them in' before wearing all day and they were more comfortable than my Uggs! They also never overheated my foot as the Uggs sometimes do. The sole has more cushion and gives a little more of a lift- being 5'2" this is a plus! Go for it ladies, I think this is a great transitional spring boot!

I was initally hestitant to order these; however, I was pleasantly pleased when they arrived. Although they appear to be of slightly lesser quality than Uggs, they are cute, comfortable, and warm...not to mention much cheaper! I ordered my true size and although they are a little loose, I believe one size smaller would have been too small.

AMAZING!!!
OMG...I got my boots on Christmas Eve and wore to a friends, no socks...my feet were warm the whole night! It was 13 degrees and I was never cold or when I was in their house, they weren't sweating. These boots fit a little big, I wear a 10+ and they fit perfectly even if I would have had socks on. I got on to order a pair of the 'gardening shoes with sherpa lining' which were out of stock of my color and size and I saw these boots, I got gray as I have a lot of gray sweaters this season, I couldn't be happier!! The shipping and returns are wonderful too, what a great website =o)
One is bigger than other, beware of policy
I ordered two pairs in different sizes, for me and my daughter. We were trying to utilize 'buy two get 20% off' sale. They came and I was surprised to find that the one for me, one shoe (right) feels half size smaller than the other (left). I called the CSR, and found out that there were complications to just return/exchange because of the discount applied and that they ran out of the same colored shoes. CSR said that to change the color I had to return the problematic pair and then re-order the new pair at the regular price, because now I will only order one pair and not eligible for the discount (either way, that means my daughter's boots are also at the regular price).

Great Buy!! Really comfy but runs BIG
Great buy but they run BIG. I wear a true 8 1/2 and I bought a 8. I have thick socks on and they are still big but to have your boots stay warm you want them a little big. I just love these types of boots. I usually buy a different name brand but they are just a little to high for me right now. I got these today and have NOT taken them off yet. They are awesome. GREAT TREAD FOR ICE. Back of heal is a little different to get used to as they taper off. Buying a pair for my teenage daughter. Her name brand ones are not as nice as this.
Awesome Boots!
These boots are extremely warm and comfortable! Caution-Buy a size smaller than your normal shoe size. I was hesitant to purchase the smaller size and they were initially very loose when I walked in them. Nothing that a few pair of socks wouldn't help, but buying the smaller size will help avoid the problem!
