The men's Harness 12R boot from Frye has a rugged character and rough attitude but exudes pure style. This attractive pull-on boot has an oiled leather upper with brushed metal hardware, decorative ankle harness with o-ring detail, a 15 inch calf circumference, neoprene oil resistant soles with a full-length leather midsole for maximum comfort and durability, and a cushioned insole for additional comfort. Frye boots, a classic forever!
I love my Frye boots! I've found I take these everywhere, even though they take up more space than a pair of Eccos. These boots have undeniable character and comfort! I wore these on a flight from Los Angeles to Tokyo, Japan and was so comfortable I decided to wear them on the trip from Tokyo to Toronto the following week!
As for fit and comfort they do fit a half size large - like many boots. I ordered these in a size 10 as I would have ordered shoes from Lacoste, Ecco, Banana Republic, Polo, or Nike but had to exchange them for a 9.5
The shaft of the boot is average, I wish it were a little more narrow as it does keep your jeans slightly flared (which is what boot-cut jeans are made for...) The soul has the perfect arch support for me. These boots really are so comfortable I could wear them for days without tiring!
One thing about Frye boots, when you first wear them your heel kinda "pops out" with each step, but as the soul wears in you'll find they're just about perfect!

My brother ordered these boots and wears them everyday. He loves them. He wears them with orthodic insoles and has plenty of room. They look amazing and even better than online. The quality is Great, and the leather is rich and tough. (they also have a authentic worn in look and feel) and look like gene wilders boots in blazing saddles!

Most Amazing Boot Ever !!
Frye makes the best boot ever !! I own them in 2 colors, I absolute love these boots, I wear them all the time ! Very comfortable out of the box slightly tight at first getting into them because of the harness but once broken in the boot is simply amazing.
