Adorable boots, perfect size

I would say I have wide calves, and these boots are wonderful, they fit over my jeans but don't fall down either if I wear leggings. If you don't want a boot with a wider opening, don't order this, but it blatantly says in the boot overview that the opening is 16"! The metal detail on the back makes me love the boot, it's not overdone. And, the shaft height is below the knee, about mid-calf on me- exactly what I was looking for. I agree with a previous reviewer- the sole can be slippery, so you do need to be careful...

Very cute boots! The shaft is supposed to be wide to give them that slouchy look. They look really great with skinny jeans...'80s chic ;)

I purchased these boots for my college age daughter for Christmas and she absolutely loved them! They fit well and were comfortable too. They are well made and really look beautiful on!

I really do adore these boots. I have wide calves and these fit just right. They are very comfortable too. The only thing that gives these boots 4 out of 5 stars is that the bottoms slip a bit. I can't figure out exactly why just yet becase the soles are non slip (not the heels) and the sole has slipped a few times almost causing me to tumble. (dry weather) I've worn these twice and I've slipped probably 6 or 7 times already! So just be careful! :-)

This is a Christmas gift for my 18 year college granddaughter. I find it to be sylish, very well crafted and as it fits me and feels great, I am sure she will really enjoy this gift. MRF

Great boot, but shaft is WAY too wide
