The quality and comfort of this shoe deserved 5 stars but unfortunately my heel kept slipping out, even with thick athletic socks. =( I wanted to keep it but had to return it. I am a narrow 6.5 but ordered a size 8 thanks to the reviews. A size 8 fit me perfectly except the heel was too big. Oh well. I'm sure it will work out perfectly for someone else.

I followed other's reviews and ordered one size larger. It fits perfectly. A little narrow at first, but once I wore them, they stretched out enough to be comfortable. I was very happy with the price. I especially enjoyed being able to just pull on the boot without even using the zipper. Love my new boots!

I have to be honest. I have not worn my boots outside yet; however, they are one size bigger. I wear a 6.5 in dress shoes and a 7 in all other shoes. I bought an 8 and it fits perfect. I also have a narrow foot and its a good fit for that as well. I love the look and from what I can tell they are comfortable around the house. Can't wait to wear them with skinny jeans and much more.

I read lots of reviews before ordering. I did go with a 38 which is what I often buy in Euro sandals and it is great. It is narrow at the front but not narrow in the heel, I did expect it to be a little more narrow in the heel based on reviews but since it is a boot I can deal. The calf fit awesome mainly because the straps are adjustable. I love the rubber soles-very quiet. The leather feels awesome!

I am happy with these boots. The leather is nice and they look good with a skirt. I am glad I knew from other reviews to order a size up. It is true, I am usually a size 7 and I am glad I ordered an 8.
Read reviews before ordering - love it !

Thanks to all who wrote reviews before I ordered the coffee boot ! I wear a 6.5 normally and sometimes a 7. Based on the reviews I ordered a size 8 - and the fit is perfect. I have slender calves and a N or AA foot , if that helps. But I am thrilled and could not be happier with the price, free shipping and time to get the shipping was fast. Gorgeous color, well made - classy boot!! Good luck.
just what i was looking for

This is a beautiful boot and just the look I wanted; however, the description says the width on the boot shaft is 14" in diameter; that is so wrong! That boot was at least 16" in diameter and was way too wide for my calfs; made me sad to send them back; I wish the measurements on the descriptions were more accurate and I wish more boot manufactureres would make a least a few pair of boots for people with smaller calfs and not just those awful stretch fabric boots; hate those!

I am a US7 and had to wear a 38 in these. My foot is also on the slightly narrow side. After adding cushioned footbeds they are comfortable and I like the non-slip rubber sole. I bought/wore the brown last season and loved them. Great quality and style, lots of compliments. With the black on sale I decided to add that to this season.
One other note, I have skinny calves and these are perfect with jeans in them.
Gorgeous boot...sizing off!!!

Love the boot but the fit is small. Normally wear an 8, ordered 8-1/2 but it's too tight. Not sure if I should try a 9 or 9-1/2 next.
Love the boot, do not like the sizing

I have narrow feet and wear a size 8.5 normally. I ordered a 9.5 and they were extremely small. I might try again for a 10.5? I have never had to buy larger than a size 9 of any shoe or boot.

I bought these boots in my true size, 9, as well as a 9.5 to be safe. I could barely get the 9.5 on!! I was pretty shocked that these would run so much smaller than the size suggests. I've never worn a 10 and I'm going to have to try to find these in a 10 or 10.5 somewhere else b/c endless doesn't have any sizes up. These are really cute in person, but warning, buy at least 1 full size up!
Great look but runs extremely narrow

I have very narrow size 7.5 feet and often wear two pairs of socks with boots. I bought these in an 8 because the "fit specialist" said they run a 1/2 size small. The length was ok but they were really tight across the top of the foot with no possibility of wearing even one pair of thick socks. I couldn't believe it, too narrow for my skinny feet?! The style was just what I wanted, but I didn't go up a size because worried they'd look too long. Sadly they were sent back.
