Fashioned from row upon row of stitched seatbelts, it gets a charming boost from the Sujean Rim-designed floral exterior. Its six interior slip pockets are designed to hold your beachy necessities, each designated by a whimsical, sun-n-fun themed illustration (hair ties and comb, sunblock, sunglasses, and even a water gun--which comes with this bag, courtesy of the Harveys). Also comes with a detachable coin purse.

Meet the HARVEYS, husband and wife Dana and Melanie Harvey. In March 1997, while installing seatbelts into their 1950 Buick, they had the idea of making Melanie a matching handbag.
