Too big

I would be much happier with a wider shoe, but instead I have to get a larger shoe. I really wear a 13 EEE but because I can't find that size I end up with a 14 and it's really too long. So the D is just a tad bit too narrow, so I end up with a shoe that is a bit bigger to compensate for the width.
