UNHAPPY CUSTOMER - PRODUCT BROKE

I like the fit and style of these boots, but after having only worn them 3 times, the rubber sole on the right heel fell off somewhere. I don't know where, so I don't have the heel and can't fix it. For the cost of these boots, having them break so quickly is really a disappointment.

I think I deserve a refund or replacement. I've tried contacting la canadienne. but they're in canada.

I don't know what the return policy is at endless.

So charming, but too small all around

This is a sweet boot at a terrific price, but I couldn't zip up at the top of the calf and the shoe itself felt about 1/2 too small. If your foot is between 7 and 7.5 and your calf closer to 14" than 15", try it.
