I found this shoes very appropiate for the visiting of Maya Ruins in Mexico, because it was raining, you can climb the ruins and the terrain is difficult to do so, this shoes covers almost all the needs for this experience, the only adverse issue is that they are a little heavier, maybe a lighter ones would be perfect for a ver sunny place like Yucantan Peninsula. Anyway, I highly recommend it.
