I second everyone's reviews. They are the perfect shade of gray, not too light or too dark. You should definitely order a half size smaller than normal if you want the perfect fit. My only problem is that they are hard to put on since there is no zipper. I get lots of compliments though and I love the tie in the back. Get them!

LOVE these boots. Had to ship back the first size i got because they were too hard to get on. (once on they fit great but i didn't want to have to struggle everytime i wanted to wear them). so i then ordered the next size up and they are alittle big in the foot area but much easier to get on.

I WANTED TO LOVE THESE!!! they were adorable and perfect when they showed up on my doorstep. for one they make my foot look very very long. it is very narrow near your ankles! they were 1/2 a size too big. i would order a 7.5, but i know that the ankle area will be even more narrow! :( so sad. i was looking forward to these shoes.

I recently purchased this boot after searching MANY different sites and styles of boots. I wanted a flat boot that had the comfort and also be stylish. I read all the reviews on this boot about being hard to get your foot into, too tight for some jeans...etc. For me, I wear a 8 1/2 to a 9...I ordered a 9. Great Fit! Not too big and the round toe is very comfortable, I could wear them all day and be fine. They fit easily over jeans, I dont think most people would try to tuck in a flare jean with these, but with a skinny jean and a boot cut jean, they are fine! I would recommend these boots. Very stylish, comfortable, and great price!

These boots are awesome. They are not heavy so they will be perfect in the summer too. I don't have super skinny legs, but still slim, and I don't have any problem putting them on. They fit really well and they match everything. I didn't think I would like the bow, but actually it helps hold the boot up. Amazing purchase for the price. Very happy with the product.

I love these boots. They're exactly what I was looking for. They look great with sweater dresses, which was my reason for purchasing them. I'm not a fan of skinny jeans but I could see where they might be a bit tight on the calves to wear with jeans. They're perfect to wear with tights. I didn't have any issues putting them on as previous reviewers mentioned. They fit true to size for me. They're perfect!

Every girl needs a pair of boots like this. They are super comfortable to walk in, look great with a sweater dress, and I get so many compliments on them! They go up to my knees, but sometimes I fold them down too. I see what people are saying about them being a tight fit, but if you pull up from the ankle, it's not a problem.

It's the weirdest thing. My one fit goes into the boot fine, the other will not. I do not have wide feet and it just feels like an odd construction. And while not an expensive pair of boots they feel to be of poor quality.

The reviews are true about the boot shaft. If you think you have large calves, then they will probably be snug. If I wear mine with skinny jeans, I really have to tug them up. If I wear them with tights, they're fine. Arch support blows, but I sacrifice comfort for cuteness.

1st- these boots are GEORGEOUS! I thought they would be very uncomfortable considering the lack of arch support, but I wore them at school while teaching all day, and they felt fine. I have nice calves and the snugness of the upper shaft and calf area really made me feel good. However, If I could change anything, it would be the size of the lower shaft circumfernce around the ankle area. It took a miracle to get my Wide feet w/ an extremely high arch into that boot. I pulled vigourously and it finally went in! However, it slides right off very easily!! So, I think I can continue 2 put a little work into gettin my foot n2 the lower part. 2nd con--These boots are so great 4 the price that I hate they're not made of REal suede,but I'm just goin' to take good care of them. As far as the size--I have wide feet. W/ dressy shoes, I need at least a size 9 instead of an
8 1/2; I ordered my true size 8 1/2 and I had about a 1/2 inch of comfort, so they are true to size.

I love these boots... Very comfy, and super cute. I listened to the other reviews and bought a 1/2 size smaller than my street shoe/normal size, and they fit great. I have average size calfs for being 5'4", and they fit perfectly with thin skinny jeans. I don't think they would fit over regular jeans. The shaft is snug, but not too tight that it's uncomfortable - I like it that way otherwise they might look weird. The top of the boot falls right below my knee, which is exactly what I wanted. GREAT boots for the price!

I was shopping for boots for my teen daughter. After shopping around for boots in this style, I found these to be stylish, comfortable and a great deal compared to comparable styles. They fit her perfectly, but did not fit me and we're the same size only my feet are wider. So I'll assume they fit a little narrow for adults. My feet would not go through ankle part. But as I said my feet are pretty wide hers are normal. She loves them!!!!

I read the other reviews and ordered a 9 when I usually wear a 9.5 or 10. They can be a bit challenging to get on with jeans (I tuck mine in my socks). No problem with the calf, but with getting the heel of my foot down in the boot. Overall, I love them.

I love these boots. They are pretty comfortable, stylish (comes up to just below the knee) and great looking. I have narrow calves so boots usually look saggy on me, but not these. I do wonder how long they will last, knowing Stev Madden quality, and seeing that they are made of fabric. But for as long as I have them, I absolutely love them.

These boots are really cute. I like the ties at the top, but they are just for decoration. They are very hard to put on. For me, there was not room to tuck in pants and were very tight on the calf.

These boots are SO cute! but SO SO SO hard to get into! took me about half an hour to get my foot to finally slide in! they fit perfectly once my heel got down over the support. They are super weird fitting in the ankle area. Now that I've had them for about two weeks, I can finally get them to slide on and off easier. But it took a lot of wearing them to stretch them out some. Get a larger size and hopefully this won't happen to you!

These boots are great, just as cute as the picture looks. They're the perfect height, stopping right under the knees (I'm 5'4"). Like other reviewers have been saying, the shaft is pretty narrow, but the fact that they stay up really well makes up for that. You really do have to wear skinny jeans with these. But all in all, a great buy!
Very happy with this purchase. Affordable and very flattering in Grey color!

As long as you wear socks, they are super easy to slip on. The shaft is narrower BUT not too narrow at all. If anything they are super flattering because your legs do not swim in them. I always were skinny jeans/leggings with my boots, so with loser jeans tucked in they would be tight. Perfect height, laid back style will look great with a fitted top. Highly recommended.

I really do like these boots. Matter of fact, I have to share them with my teenager! No zipper, so the shaft is hard to get up the leg if your jeans arent as skinney as you need them to be. Cute with anything!

I purchased these boots because they were so cute in the picture, but when I got them in, they were very difficult to get on as they didn't have a zipper. The shaft was very narrow. Once I got them on, the shoe part was too big so it made for a very uncomfortable fit. I have pretty thin calves, so I was surprised when they fit as tight as they did. I was disappointed they didn't fit because I had finally found a cute and trendy boot that would look good with anything.

I did love this boot when I opened up the box, but as the other reviews stated, the shaft is narrow and I have normal size calves, it felt fine except for the very top. I tried loosening the laces and bow but it didn't help. If it had allowed for even a half inch leeway, I would have kept this boot.

I was in Chicago recently and couldn't find a boot in the entire city that fit the style I like and the size I need. I wanted a comfortable, casual boot with a slouch. When I first ordered these, I ignored the reviews and ordered in an 8. They were far too large in the foot, but a little snug in the shaft. I then ordered a 7.5 which fit great in the foot, getting them on was an awful task though. It took 10 minutes to get them over my heels! They also were too narrow in the shaft to wear with skinny jeans, and I have slim legs.
All in all, I wanted to love these, they're super cute but the fit was just was all wrong for me.

I listened to the other reviewers and purchased the black one in a 9 instead of my regular 9-1/2..The width is too narrow..But I've been wearing it around the house on the carpets to try to break it in if not I'm exchanging them..I just ordered a 2nd pair..The brown ones in a 9-1/2 & is set to receive it tomorrow. I'll give you guys another update then on how it fits :)

I'm usually a 9 1/2 and after reading reviews, I was going to order a 9, but to be on the safe side, I ordered a 9 1/2, and it fits perfectly. there is a lot of toe room, which makes it feel too big and a tad awkward when you walk. the shaft is a little snug too, but not bad. Getting the boots on is a little bit of a challegng as well, but there is a little loop in the back so you can pull them up. Also, if you undo the strings a bit, its easier to roll the top of the boot down, so you can put it on easier. it looks a little dumb if you dont have the right jeans, but it still works. I got them in brown, and they look adorable, just what i was looking for.

I received these boots as a gift. I wear a size 10 and I am 5' 10/148 so I have long feet and slim long calves. This usually means the most boots sized for average height hit me just below the calf which can look awkward, especially if the boots have a little curve for the calf. These boots don't give me that problem. I wear them with the top flipped up and they hit mid-knee, which boots rarely do b/c of my height. They are lovely and stylish, and I've been getting compliments on them. The arch support is non-existent, so if that's something you require, I recommend looking elsewhere.

I had to return this product because it did not fit me right. I have thin calves and the shaft of the boot felt pretty tight with skinny jeans on. I don't have very narrow feet and the width of the boot was also uncomfortable and overall ran at least 1/2 size too small. You can't tell in the pictures very well but the toe box was a weird, almost masculine shape. I did not like this boot at all.

My feet barely fit in these shoes! I have to tug to get them over my heel and then they are fine. Snug but fine. There's no freaking way I could put jeans inside but I bought them for skirts anyway! I would consider myself to have skinny to average feet but it's kind of a pain getting them on and off, definitely no chubby feet aloud!

At first I was a little skeptical about purchasing this boot since I am 5'2 and the boot height was listed as 15 1/2 inches. However, if you wear the boots as shown (with the flap down), they fall right below your knee (about 14 inches high). As other reviewers have mentioned, you definitely need to wear these boots on top of skinny jeans or with skirts since you can see them when worn under jeans.

I looked everywhere for scrunch boots at a reasonable price that would fit my skinny "bird legs". These boots are so cute. I have gotten so many compliments. I bought the grey first then a few days later ordered the brown. They look good, fit good, are a good price, and you can't beat free overnight shipping(that's where most places ruin a good deal). I wear an 8 1/2 but I listened to the reviews and ordered an 8 which fit perfectly. I have a narrow foot with a high arch and even with little arch support, these are very comfortable. My legs are very skinny and I can stick my hand in the top of the boot to adjust my skinny jeans with little problem. The tie in the back really helps with keeping them up. Order these boots, you won't be disappointed.

My wife wears a 7.5 and I ordered a 7 because of previous reviews saying how the boot ran large. That was the right choice. She has a difficult time getting her foot into the boot but once on it is fine.

I read all the reviews before I bought this boot. It fits perfect everywhere. I wear a 10, and I'm a size 14. I was worried about the calf...NO PROBLEMS! Even with my athletic calves, I still had no problem getting the boot to fit over my jeans. And they weren't even skinny jeans. Just regular straight legs. Ordered the boot 12/23 and got it today, just in time to wear for Christmas. I had to have a flat boot ASAP because I just got off crutches and can't wear heels for a while. This boot and the quick delivery saved my holiday. Love the boot and love the site.

These shoes are very comfortable. I wear a size 8 and ordered a size 8 and they fit perfectly. The back does untie to make it easer to get on since they dont zip and there is also a metal loop in the back to help you put them on. I definetly recommond purchasing them

Love the boot, I have larger than normal calves but it stretched out just a little bit after the first day. It's still snug but I love it....got many compliments about the tie design in the back. This boot has more foot support than others that I have bought and returned because the other boots felt like i was walking with just socks on. I bought both the black and grey and I must say the grey is my favorite as it goes with anything and everything.

I bought these shoes because they looked so cute online. They fit great but it doesn't go above my knee. I'm almost 5'4" and they don't go above my knee. My calf fit nicely and my skinny jeans fit in them too!

The boots are cute but I ordered my normal size (7) and have to return them. I was barely able to squeeze into them and there's no way I'll be able to fit them over skinny jeans or even tights, which is what I plan on wearing them with. I have normal to thin calves (I'm 5'5, 120 lbs) and if my legs were any bigger, the shaft would be too tight. I'm hoping if I go up a size, they'll work better and if they do, I'll give them 4 stars. Still a hassle to have to return and re-order!

After reading all the reviews, I ordered a 6 1/2, which fit fine. I am ordinarily a 7. They are a bit narrow and pinch my feet a little, but not painfully. The shaft is also quite narrow - i have athletic, fit calves, and the shaft feels very snug. Overall, the fit is fine, but I can see how anyone that is even a tiny bit bigger would not be able to wear them. I am 5'5 and 120lbs, and the boot comes up to just below my knee.

I just ordered these yesterday and received them today (yay for free overnight shipping)! Even though they're not real suede, the fabric feels nice. Definitely worth it for spending under $40. Usually I have a problem finding boots that are tight enough around my calves, but these are perfect since I can make them tighter with the ties.

These boots are nice BUT they are a real challenge to put on...They need a side zipper!!!! Unless of course you don't mind the struggle/hassel.

Also, I really don't think that my calf is wide, but I really have to work to get these on especially over jeans, which is what I bought them for. But I don't regret buying them at all; I get compliments all the time on them.

I got this boot for winter to wear with skinny jeans mostly. I do have to say that it took me a while to find the right jeans to fit into the boot the way I wanted them to tuck in. So in order to wear jeans or pants in them, they have to be very skinny! As for wearing them under your boot cuff, the jeans must be wide leg enough - and the suede material tends to stick to your pant leg.
These are beyond comfortable though! I have a hard time with shoes being uncomfortable and these are great! I have high arches, medium to wide feet and skinny calves. I haven't worn these with a skirt yet because it is cold out but I think if I were to wear them without leggings, they might fall down my calf.
Those are mostly the negatives, but overall I LOVE these boots and I'd wear them everyday if I could! I'd get another pair in brown I love them so much but I want something different.
Highly recommended - once you figure out what clothes work for you.

I was really excited about these when I ordered them online, but when I received them, I was thoroughly disappointed. They were SOO hard to get past my heel, but did fit ok once they were on. The fabric looked a little cheap to be almost 70 bucks...I knew it wasn't real suede when I ordered it, but I had higher expectations for the price. Also, these fit ok around my calves (I'm a size 0), but they were really slouchy around the ankles and quite unflattering.

I really wanted a flat boot and I found this here. It's really cute!! From reading the other review, I was worried that the boots would be too long with my height (5'2") but they were fine. I usually wear a 7 but these are a bit loose. Sadly, there's no 6.5 so I'll be sticking with these and stuff a insole inside.

I just wanted to thank all of you who warned about the size... I just received my boots yesterday and I ordered a size 81/2 instead of a 9 (my usual size) after reading the reviews. They fit perfectly...and I still have a little extra room. My normal size 9 would have been way too big... anyway I love the boots...they're really cute... but anyone should definitely order a half size smaller because they definitely run big!!!!

I usually wear 7.5 and these felt like if i was wearing a 9: ) Second, i am a short girl and the fact that the boot comes all the way to my knees was a big no go. I ordered the gray ones and the color is so perfect, not too light nor too dark. Bottom line is that if you are going to order these, order at least a half size smaller. I even put insoles in them, and wore thick socks and the boot still looked and felt huge on mel. I highly recommend the Tianna and Bonanza styles. They are true to size and are not as tall as this style. Hope that helps: )

Comfortable pretty much right out of the box. Definitely run big. Nice & tall -- I'm 5'8" and they hit about an inch and a half below my knee.

I usually wear a size 8 and I purchased an 8 and these felt more like a size 7. I didn't think I had large calves (I'm a size 12 in pants) and it was so tight around the calf I could barely get my foot in. No give or zip up either. When I did get my foot in - whoa - these run pretty narrow. I have a wide foot and it wasn't comfy at all. I returned them right away. Better for a narrower/average width foot.
$20 more expensive on Endless!

My dissatisfaction comes only from the price. I just found these boots at DSW for $49.95! I've already worn the boots for two weeks, so I can't return them. Otherwise, they're nice warm boots. Ordered a size 7 when I usually wear 7 1/2, comfy fit without any breaking in. Not as flattering on the calves as I imagined (shapeless at best, a little slouchy/fattening at worst).

After reading the other reviews, I thought that ordering my usual size, 8, would work for me, since my calves are a little bit wider than average. I was wrong. My calves fit nicely but there was so much room at the toes! I could have been better off ordering a 7 1/2 or even a 7 because my feet looked really long and walking was awkward with all that space in the front.
Hot and Sexy but careful if you have WIDE feet....

I ordered these in 6 brown and the look great! I think I have normal size feet - not narrow but not wide either. These start to feel a little tight if I wear thick socks but okay with normal or thin socks. So if you have wide feet, go half a size up. I wore these for about 4 hours (mostly sitting though) and they were very comfortable! Very light so it will not drag your feet if you have to walk in them all day. They run a little thin as a result so some sole inserts would add that extra comfort needed if worn all day. But as is - it's one of the best boots I've ever owned and for a great price too!

These boots are awesome. Very warm and comfortable. I do have to agree with the other reviewers that they do run about half a size big, but I just wear socks with them and they fit fine. Concerning the calf size; I'm 5'10" and a size 8 and they are a little big around the calf. I thought with the ties it would make them a bit more adjustable, but they really aren't. I always wear them with legwarmers and leggings so the fit is just fine! I definatly reccomend these boots!

I ordered them Monday and they came Tuesday! I was so excited! They're very comfortable. I'm about 5'10'' and they hit almost to the knee. Exactly what I was looking for! Cute and stylish and affordable. I can't wait to wear them again!

When I first saw the boots online, I just love them immediately. Now that I have them I am so glad that I bought it. I was in need of black boots and these totally fulfilled that need.
Also, the shoes do run a little big. I usually wear a size 10 in boots, but i bought a size 9 it fits perfectly.

After reading the reviews and never wearing anything less than a 9½ - 10 I was weary about ordering a 9 but I did and they are still a bit loose in the toe. I have average sized calves (I'm a size 4) and these are snug around my bare leg so they will definitely be tight with jeans even if you loosen the top tie. Absolutely adorable though and unbelievably soft. Much more than you would expect for the price.

Really, really narrow at the top - I guess I should have read the reviews by skinny-calved people. I think of myself as having pretty normal-sized calves, being a normal-sized (8) woman, but apparently not for this brand.

For a long time i was looking for a flat, slouch boot. I'm on my feet all day, so i don't like wearing any sort of heels but want to still look fashionable.
Reading everybody's comments made me paranoid, so I order a 6.5 when I normally wear a 7-8. That proved to be too small by a tad and exchanged for a 7. What a difference 1/2 a size makes! They are now a little bit too big, but still comfy. I have skinny legs, so my problem with mid-calf boots is that they fall or are very loose, but these fit great without me even having to tie them. They are very soft and overall a great buy!

I just got these yesterday and am already in love with them. You don't need to break them in, they have a lovely little tie up the back to keep them on your calf, and that is also fantastic for adjusting for tights/jeans/etc.
I agree that you should order a half size down. I wear an 8.5 consistently and, following the previous reviews, got an 8. They fit perfectly. I think they're perfect for the mini sweaterdress with tights combo.

I'm an 8 - 8 1/2, so I ordered an 8. It was still a little too big and was slipping. I felt like I could wear a thick sock even with a size 7 1/2, so I'm exchanging.

I read Meagan's review and, as I am usually a size 7 1/2 or 8, thought, "hummm, maybe I should get a 7 1/2," but I was thinking with thick socks in the boots (it's really in now to wear the knee length socks that peak out right above the top of the boot) maybe I should stick with an 8. Well, Meagan was right. They run big. If you're considering the boot, just go a 1/2 size less than you normally would. These will work fine, but I could have gone smaller.
Otherwise, I like them a lot and can't wait for the skirt and boots look come late fall/winter.

These boots are nice they fit great around the top of my calf, I have skinny calfs.... are roomy below that I guess that's because they are slouchy. I usually wear an 8 but I could wear 7.5 in these so they do run on the big side. Great casual boot for a low price. I got the grey ones.
