Fantastic Everyday Boot
I had been searching for a chunky heel boot to replace a pair I'd bought about 5 years ago (and had worn to shreds), and this one fit the bill. It's comfortable enough that I can wear it all day long, and while the boot shaft is a little wide, I've found that a good pair of wool socks works great to round out the fit.
These boots are *not* leather though, so if you're looking for real leather, don't buy this pair -- you'll be disappointed. If you're fine with (or prefer) synthetic, these are a great choice.

Comfortable and Stylish Boot
I like MIA boots, these particularly. The heel height is very sturdy and comfortable, I can walk around all day. Stylish shape and easy zip. Good traction too.

Comfy but a bit large
I ordered the boots in my size, yet they are a bit big on my feet. Otherwise they are very comfortable and well-made...they have been tested!
Mia Women's Lillian Engineer Boot
This is my 2nd pair. I not only loved my 1st pair but so did my daughter so I broke down and bought another pair for her for her birthday and she loves them. Of course you can easily tell them apart even though they are the same size as her's are brand new......
Looks are deceiving
I was so happy to find this boot. At first it was somewhat tight but, that went away in a few days.
BUT
About two weeks later the heel on the left boot ripped half way off the boot. Such a shame!

Arch in weird place
I wanted to like these, but the arch hit not even close to where it should have. I have a lot of shoes and boots and I've never had a problem this bad before. The arch felt like it was about 2 inches too far forward. Too bad.
as good as it gets
I've been searching for a "chunky" black boot for ages- this one was right in my price range, and just right.
They are as comfortable as a boot can get- they're a great height, and they even have decent traction. (its still icy in my neighborhood...)

GREAT buy!
I had anticipated these boots might not be as "cool" looking in person when I purchased them for the price. However, when I got them, I wore them that very day with a mini skirt and worked for 12 hours. The comfort level was superior as was the look and of course for the price, I was pleasantly surprised! Great addition.
