I normally wear an 8, I've learned to order both an 8 and an 8-1/2. The 8 was too tight and the 8-1/2 was comfortable and fit well. If you're looking for a plain pump this it. I had both the blue and the brown and ultimately chose shoes that weren't as plain.
Stylish but uncomfortable and poor quality
I love the tortoise color of the shoe, which looks true to the picture. The style is also really nice. I was disappointed by the quality though. The upper is not leather, as the description claims. It is synthetic and you can see that the seams won't hold too long. The comfort is also minimal: too small and too narrow.
Nice purchase
This is a great shoe for a traditional work wardrobe. Not too high, not too low, not too trendy. If you have problems with pointy toed shoes being tight in your size, go up one 1/2 size in these shoes. I usually wear 9 but got the 9 1/2 and they fit great.
Stylish shoe, but a little tight
Nice-looking shoe and perfect heel height for the office. I have lots of pointy-toed shoes, and these are narrower in the toe area (I measured the width of the sole at it's widest part). But, I think they'll stretch-out with wear and fit more comfortably. I get a little "toe cleaveage" with these, which I normally don't like, but it's minimal.
Short feet, High arches
I wanted to try a little bit higher heel than I'm used to, so I tried this 2 3/4 inch heel shoe. I loved the way it looked on my feet and it felt great at the beginning. Please realize that I usually wear comfort shoes most of the time and seldom wear dress shoes. The day I wore these beautiful shoes, I was in them all afternoon and walking around the whole time. My feet are very short (5 1/2 M) with high arches. After about 3 hours, my feet were very tired and achy. I may be confined to the old standard 2 inch heel for dress shoes instead of the 2 3/4 to 3 inches that look so great. Nothing wrong with the shoe for longer feet than mine or for occasions where sitting is the activity of the day. The arch support was actually better than the dress shoes in my closet. I must need a little more orthotic support.
SEXY!!!
These heels were very tight when I first got them, BUT I stretched them out by wearing a couple pairs of socks with them and now they are PERFECT. They are comfortable. I am a teacher and I wear these to work without any problems. They are soooooo sexy too. :) Definitely worth the price.
