these boots are lovely but I would need to put some rubber under the sole to avoid slipping. I was very pleased with them but found them at a cheaper price so returned them. The service at Endless.com was impeccable and I'll certainly purchase from them again.

This classic boot is an incredible addition to any collection. The leather is gorgeous and supple. This is a must have! I LOVE IT!

This is my favorite shoe out of the entire RLCollection for the past 2 seasons. It's got all the classic RL elements of richly grained cognac colored leather, sporty heel that's not too spikey/not too wide, and elegant style. The heel feels more like a 4-3/4" heel because of the angle & placement of the heel (not centered under the heel of the foot), but I would not change a thing about this boot because it looks so great. Only real problem is that ya can't walk in this boot, and the platform+4.75" heel is a broken ankle waiting to happen! (but hey, do fashionistas care about practicality if their shoes look this great?!?) re: sizing. Length is true to size, width is a smidgen narrow, shaft is true to size (and should be snug). Because this heel throws the foot so far forward, you must get the correct size in terms of length.
