Apparent Manufacturing Defect

Posted by:  Aaron Thiessen May 11, 2009
My shoes arrived promptly and were in new condition. They appeared to be of sound quality. I wore them for a 2 mile walk on pavement and for 1 raquetball game. During the game the seam near the laces on the outside of the left foot developed a 2.5 inch tear. I do not have an abnormal physical build, nor do I have the athletic prowess to think that I was able to push these shoes past the point of normal and reasonable working conditions. I will be returning them.

Shoe tore after wearing twice

Posted by:  Jeffrey Blanchard May 9, 2009
I have ordered quite a few pairs of shoes from Endless with no problems whatsoever. Quick turnaround and excellent prices in all cases. However these particular shoes actually tore in the area right below the lace stitching after the second time wearing them. I will now get a chance to test out Endless' return policy and process now. Will check back once it is completed.
