Reebok was founded for one of the best reasons possible: athletes wanted to run faster. So in the 1890s, Joseph William Foster made some of the first known running shoes with spikes in them. Not as bling as the picture

The gold striping is more like tan, the gold/silver soles are actually tan/grey. They fit slightly big. Who knows if they actually tone, but they are worth a try.... :-)
