COMFORT
I finally had the chance to wear these yesterday -I LOVE THEM - the heel height is just right and they are comfortable from a.m. to p.m.
Poorly made & too long
I have very wide feet and wanted a classic, leather pump to wear to work so I decided to give these a try. These shoes look nice in the picture, so I was disappointed when I received them and saw how poorly they were made. The insole of the shoe was already pulling apart at the edges and I hadn't even put them on yet! The leather looked cheap and more like pleather than the real thing. Also, the interior of the back of the shoe is not even lined (you can see this in the picture, it looks like it is lined with a white material but in fact that is just the other side of the fake leather)! In my experience, unlined shoes=bloody lines across the back of my ankles from the shoe rubbing there. For nearly $70, I expect a lot more from a manufacturer.
The one thing they did well was make a WW width shoe that was actually WIDE. However, it seems that as a result of this they assumed I had an extra long foot as well and made the shoe about a size too long.

Packing error
I ordered a 6 1/2 but got a 7. I probably would have kept them. But returned them and saw another pair of red pumps so I order those. Turns out those ran too small so I went to my local mall and purchase the shoes the old fashioned way.
Shoe too narrow/small
I got the shoes today and had ordered a 9 medium. However I could not get the shoe on as the other reviewer stated they were way small, AND I have a very narrow heel and am a thin person. So I ordered 9-1/2 wide and am praying they fit. They are very classy, well made and clean looking so hopefully we can get the fit right. I won't know if they are comfortable until I can get them to fit :)

Shoe was entirely too narrow. Could not get on foot, and I normally wear a narrow width.
Perfection!
I wear these heels all the time! It is so hard to find fashionable shoes in WW, and these fit the bill. I can actually wear these for 6-7 hours before feeling any discomfort. I am also very impressed with the craftmanship- it is unbelievable for the price. A full leather sole and real leather upper (which is essential for comfort, btw). Great all around.
PS- for work, I wear the Ros Hommerson Victory pump. You could run a marathon in those things.

Finally Comfort w/Style!
Typically I have trouble finding a shoe which offers a heel for style and extra width for comfort. Ros Hommerson pumps offer both!
