I love these boots. Great distressed look, love the wood heel, great fit...so why 1 star? I ordered 3 pairs of these, 2 of which were replacements. The first pair had brown marks on them (I ordered black boots) that were inconsistent with being distressed. The 2nd pair had strings hanging from the seams, and the 3rd pair had scrapes on them. I finally gave up and sent them all back. This is just not a well made boot. The customer service at Endless was fanatastic though. Free replacements (must send original pair back) and fast shipping. btw, my size is a 6 1/2.

Bought this boot in 2 colors and the black pair fits like a glove. This distressed brown pair is cut some differently and hurts my right foot. Maybe after "stretching out" some with the first few wears, the break at the top of the foot will not hurt as much.

stylish, comfortable and tough these boots are what'll be on my feet as i wear shorts and dresses this summer. luckily i have incredibly averaged sized feet, so all of the other negative comments from the others don't apply to me. definitely buy these boots if your feet are like mine...and at this price? consider yourself fashion savvy.

I couldn't pass up the deal on these booties - I think I got them fo almost 50% off. And they did not disappoint. They were the perfect price for a trendy purchase. The fit was great for me. I typically wear a 7.5 or 8, and the 8 was very comfortable. I'm not sure why some reviewers found them to be too narrow. It's true they look narrow out of the box, but I have what I consider average to slightly wide feet, and they did not feel narrow on me at all. Perhaps it's because the leather was soft enough to stretch to my comfort right away. The one complaint I have is the distressing looks slightly fake, but it's really not a big deal at this great price.

I don't understand what everyone else is talking about?? These shoes are great! Y'all obviously didn't select your true size if you think they are too tight? These are so cute, typical Steve Madden quality. I'm actually about to order them in black as this is a GREAT price!!!

I REALLY LIKE THEM. I GOT A 5 1/2, BUT IF YOUR FOOT IS LARGER THAN YOU CLAIM IT IS, GET 1/2 SIZE LARGER. MINE ARE A PERFECT FIT!

I was not happy at all with this boot. I tried two different sizes, thinking that one would work. Neither did. They both were extremely tight in the width, but the heel was too big! Very stiff boot. I might have liked it better if it came up mid-calf????
The only good thing was free return shipping and my card was credited back super fast!!! For that reason, I will continue to shop Endless -- you got my business for life!!

I first ordered the boots in a size 10 since it said they ran small. They were way too big, so I sent back for 8.5 (no 9) and the instep top when you first pull the boots on is ridiculously tight!! It was so tight I can't imagine anyone's foot fitting in and I have narrow feet.

When i first seen these boots online i fell in love and had to have them. So i decided to order the brown and black but once they arrived and i tried them on they were too big. I was very disappointed because i needed a 1/2 size smaller and endless didnt have them.

I'm 5'11" and I have a 34" inseam. The boot didn't look right. The shaft of the boot was hitting me around the ankle. Looked like an ankle boot on me. Loved the look, quality and fit of the boot, just not on me.
Great look but very uncomfortable

This boot is adorable but I have had other ankle cowboy boots that were far more comfortable.
I do have a high instep but it's not just that. The heel socket is extremely uncomfortable as well.
The leather has no give...like it's reinforced by something. Am hoping that's not the case and that it stretches over time.

These are really cute boots, just too big. I ordered a 10 because there were no 9.5's. I still think, though that if I had ordered a 9, I wouldn't have liked the height of the style. They're very "ankley" for sure. Sent back, still looking.

Cute boot. Comfortable. It was a little snug across the top of the boot (weird), but after a few wears, it is fine. I wear a 8.5/39 in most shoes (Ecco, Jessica Simpson, Stuart Weitzman, Kenneth Cole, Pikolinos) and the 8.5 in Steve Madden is consistent with these designers.

I ordered a half size smaller and had to send them back for my real size. It was so easy to print a return label and reorder the boots in a larger size and have them a day later. I love this website and I love the look of these boots with leggings and skinny jeans.

The manufacturer could easily change the material on the heel to a non-marking compound. These boots leave black marks on wood floors (and probably on others as well.) Great-looking boots but a bad flaw. You could get the heel pad changed yourself if you love the boots enough, but that's an additional cost.

This is the perfect little western style bootie. The leather looks just like on an old beat up pair of cowboy boots. They run a little narrow across the instep but that will probably ease up with time. If you want to wear heavy socks, go up a half size. This boot would look great with skirts, dresses, skinny jeans, leggings or anything that would allow the top of the boot to show. Adorable !
