Fire-up your running style with the Saucony Grid Ignition. For the neutral runner, this shoe offers breathable air-mesh with reflective, sporty detailing. Excellent cushioning and shock absorption are provided by a compression-molded EVA midsole, as well as an HRC Strobel Board, which increases cushioning and comfort with every step. A non-visible grid system enhances heel stability. The XT-600 carbon rubber sole features a triangular lug design.

Saucony shoes are very consistent in sizing and are comfortable. I do a lot of walking on city streets and these shoes provide great support.
