Casually cute

This shoe goes from casual office wear to the street all in a day. Perfect with jeans. The thick wooden heel provides great balance.

I had no problem with the sizing (size 7). Fit true for me. I didn't need to use the zipper. The shoe just slides on. Very cute shoes. So far I think it is a great shoe! Love the color clay.

I go between an 8.5 & 9: ordered the 9 & it fit just fine w/med. weight socks. I like the feel of the sole - it's not hard. I was able to slip into these no problem - without having to unbuckle or unzip them - and cannot feel the zipper while wearing them. I also like the grey/brown color - unusual! I never wear shoes "all day" so they are fine at least for a few hours!

Painful

While these are cute, they are painful. I agree with the other review that the sizing is off. I ordered an 8 to be safe, but it felt more like a 7 1/2. I had hoped these were comfy for walking, but they're really not after a prolonged period of time. I'm keeping mine, hoping that I can break them over time. We'll see.

Too bad.

The Seychelles brand always fits at least a half size smaller. Knowing only the pumps, I forgot this when ordering their bootie. On the plus side, it means their chunkier heels never look clunky, but it makes for an annoying fit. The Spectacle might've benefitted from a side zipper instead; despite its high quality leather, the zipper beneath the buckle stuck badly. Oh well. Returned.
