just had knee surgery and was a bit worried, but not too drastic of a roll. Easy to walk in and comforable, but not feeling any toning effects?

Love the Shape Ups, please note that if you purchase these make sure you buy a 1/2 size larger because they do run small. I workout in these Shape Ups and I can feel the workout in my legs. Love them, Love them!!!!!!!!

I have always been curious to try these shoes because I have been told by different people that they do work! Finding them here for a great price I decided to try them. The shoes look great. They take a little getting used to at first but they are very comfertable. I have not worn them long enough to see if they actually work out your legs but so far so good.

These shoes are great!! I walk for exercise about 3 miles and they feel great and true to size. I notice a burn in my calves and thighs sooner than usual when I exercise in these shoues. They are also very stylish and cute. The price I paid is about half of what the shoe store is selling them for.

Be sure to order this shoe 1/2 size larger than your regular size. I love this shoe and can feel the effects of the toning in my legs and buttucks during my walks...It's also great to wear for work if you are on your feet 8+ hours daily. Really supports your spine, back and posture.My feet do not hurt after wearing them all day.

Although I am not certain if my bumm or legs have yet experienced the toning benefits of these shoes as I have only been wearing them for a couple of weeks. I can say that they are very comfortable and I do feel different muscles working when wearing them. I don't just generally hang out in sneakers or where them out and about, but I have been looking for every opportunity to actually wear these shoes because they just feel that good!

Buy 1/2 size larger than your usual size. The shape ups shoes really make your body work harder without any pain or soreness in your legs or feet. You'll feel you are exercising for just walking in these shoes.They are also super comfortable and very nice looking too!!
