very comfy runs small

These sneakers are delightfully comfortable. However, they do run at least 1/2 size small. I tried them on without socks and they pressed on the big toe, so definitely order up a size or a half.

Comfy Toning

As soon as I started my first steps, I could feel my muscles tightening up and being put to work. In addition to this great benefit, these are the most comfortable athletic shoes I have had in quite some time. They literally put a "Spring into my step".
