Not for tall thin people
This boot fit okay in the foot but the shaft was way to roomy for a tall thin person like me. I was swimming in these boots. I also didn't like the stiffness of the leather. It felt cheap.

Great fit and great look
I love this pair of boots! I have slightly wider calf so the shaft was not too loose, perfect fit. The ankle area is a little roomy but it doesn't bother me, especially since it just ruches anyway. Very comfortable; doesn't feel like I'm wearing heels. No breaking-in needed at all. Love the look and feels great!
Too big
The shaft was wide... clearly intended to have pants tucked in. I was looking for something slimmer. Gorgeous boot though.
Elegant Boot
This boot is beautiful and fit my calf nicely. I was disappointed however by the overly roomy ankle area which appeared baggy and a bit sloppy, so I am returning them. I have athletic legs, so not too skinny of a calf but with thin ankles. It did not give my leg that sleek look I was after. Someone with larger legs might find them perfect. They were comfortable and didn't feel like I would need to 'break them in'.
