Heel Hurts

The shoe is cute! Love the style but sizing is off and the back of the shoe cuts in to my heel and hurt. Too bad...I really liked the look.

Lovely little vegan flat

I love the look of these shoes. I got them in purple and black. I have to disagree with the fit advisor who says that these run true to size. I am also 5'8" and a perfect size 8. I originally ordered these in a size 8 but found them much too tight and my toes were pressed against the front of the shoe. I sent them back and got an 8.5, and while they still need to stretch a bit, it is a much better fit. The reason for this I think is because of the elastic in the back of the shoe. It doesn't allow the heel to sit all the way back in the shoe--you might be able to tell this from the picture. Overall, the Natalie Portman shoes seem to bee quite narrow. I recommend them, but you may want to get a shoe stretcher as well to make them more comfortable. But the good news is that they do stretch.
