superbly amazing but....

This boots is superbly amazing,too bad you don't have it anymore in many sizes ,especially my size 7. I ordered this from shopkitson because it's sold out here. But unfortunately SHOPKITSON is the WORST WEBSITE i ever encountred and they really thought me a lesson that would remind me not to click in their site ever again. Placing an order is fine but after that.... everything all went horribly wrong from the processing,communication and to the shipment. It took me a month and a half to get my order just only to return it as soon as possible, because they sent me one boot and the missing half is nowhere to be found.I contacted them about the missing and just told me return it because they don't hv it anymore.They never email or phone you ,unless you made the effort. They indicated their extremely busy due to moving,but i can hear from the phone that some employees are just joking around. Shopkitson is a joke to me, a big one.

I have wide flat feet with a huge bunion next to my big toe and it is really hard finding hot high heels that are very comfortable for me (thus I often rely on high-heels made by Crocs). These did not disappoint me at all like a lot of boots do. The shaft is a little wide, but because they go above the knees on me, it's fine (my calves are very thin but my thighs are okay). For such tailored and polished super-high boots, they are incredibly comfortable. I could wear thick wool stockings underneath and be totally winter-safe AND looking hot, meanwhile free of foot-pain! The extra height and length these boots give me (I'm 5'2") help streamline the extra wideness in the shaft. I'm 100% happy with them but feel overprotective of them... I wouldn't wear them out onto rough terrain, even though they could definitely take it!
