Crocs Men's Yukon Mid Boot

First off, I ordered them on a Friday evening and they arrived the following morning. Giving them credit for fast service is due. However, upon opening the box, I found these boots to be different colors. One tan, the other dark mocha. How does that happen? Also, they were way to big for a size 10. Felt like 10 1/2s. Anyway, to return them, I needed a return slip and had to contact Endless for one. It has been two weeks now and still have not heard from them. Perhaps they hope I will just keep them? Not bloody likey. So, another call to customer service appears neccessary. I won't be buying shoes/boots from amazon/endless ever again.
