Being from Sweden, IceBugs knows more than they might want to admit about winter. Great shoe for days with icy roads

I've been using these shoes for about a month now on days when the roads are icy. I can run full stride with these even on glare ice without a thought about slipping. They do fine on dry asphalt or concrete too, the carbide studs don't interfere with the normal traction of the rubber sole. These shoes have saved my long runs on icy winter days - I just can't take the treadmill for more than an hour or so. I would have given these shoes five stars if they had a little more cushioning. On dry pavement a little more give would be better for me.
