Very disappointed

I really can't wear heels. Every now and then, I'll try a pair that has a low heel or great reviews, but it never works. So instead, I chase after attractive flats and low heeled boots. These shoes were not at all what I expected. Judging by the picture, I thought they'd be a straight forward patent flat. But they looked kind of cheap in person. They were a little long and very wide. My feet aren't particularly narrow so I don't think that was the issue. They just seemed to be a weird shape. They seemed to be pointing upward, which was also odd. Unfortunately, they had to go back.
