Love the boot. Fry boots typically run a full size too large. I am an 8, so I ended up with a 7. (ordered both 7 & 8 to compare) Have received numerous compliments. Perfect shaft height to wear under jeans without the line showing. Shaft is wide enough to tuck jeans in, also.

These boots are awesome!!! The price was significantly less @ endless.com than at any retail store where I had been looking at them. The boots arrived within 1 day!!! and shipping was free!!! At first the boots were very stiff and I worried they were too big because my heel slipped. But after reading some details about the boots on endless.com's web page, I learned this was common and that the boots would "mold" to my feet and become a better fit within a few wears. Exactly the case! The boots are now incredibly comfortable and fit like they were made for me. I am on my feet all day at work and walk a ton but these boots are great all day long! I LOVE THEM!!! Thank you endless.com :)
Boot great leather but a little chunky for me.

I sent this boot back because it was a little heavy for me. Looked more like a guy's boots. The leather was high quality and the boots looked liked they would last a while - just not "girly" enough for me.

I really like the style of boot. I usually wear b/w a 9 and 9.5 so I was safe ordering the 9.5, gives me enough room to wear a thicker sock.

I love the boots, but they are a little big even after going down a half of size. I just need to find the right socks to wear. They look fabulous. I have gotten tons of compliments, but they are a little big still. I am thinking of getting the shorter ones in black. The leather on these boots are the best I have ever felt. Good Luck

I usually wear a size 10 in running shoes and hiking boots.I am narrow in the heel and wide in the toe box area. Shoe shopping is a chore for me. I ordered a size 10, 9.5 and 9. I kept the 9. They fit the best and because of the square toe, I have plenty of room. My arch is high but feels right in these boots. I don't need to put in any other insole. They were stiff the first time I wore them but were pretty broken in after two wearings (total 10 hours). I get lots of compliments on the look. So far regular boot socks work perfectly and I don't need thicker socks.I wear these at least 4-5 times a week.
Worth every penny I paid!

I tried these Frye harness boots side by side with the Durango "Crossroads" harness boot and went with these, despite the fact that they're twice the price. The leather is higher quality and the boots feel much better on my feet. The width may feel a bit snug when you first put them on, but the leather will stretch to fit properly within a day of wearing them. I normally wear a size 10.5, but due to the longer, square toe, the size 10 fit fine, even with my arch supports in them! I also have large calves and had no trouble, so folks with thinner calves (under 17 inches) should be able to wear these with jeans tucked in.
I ordered the Plum color, which is actually more of a deep, rich oxblood (more brown undertones than burgundy or purple), which will go with pretty much any color I care to wear. I love these boots and am very glad I gave them a try!

These boots are beautiful and the craftsmanship is awesome. Unfortunately, I had to return them because they were too substantial for my leg. If you purchase these boots, they will last you a lifetime.
Love wearing these boots!

I was a little worried about how these might fit reading the reviews, I have a narrow foot with a high arch. Although they are a little tight getting them on and off, the fit is wonderful and feels more at home on my foot with every wear! I think I am going to have to buy more boot cut jeans because that is the look I am liking the most, more so than with the skinny jean tucked in. Can't wait to wear them with a dress. They give me that cowgirl-biker tough girl feeling like they are made for kicking some butt!

All of the reviews say that this boot runs a 1/2 size too large and I would agree. I normally am a 9 1/2 or a 10 so I didn't know what size to order and went with a 9 1/2. I could have easily gotten away with a 9. The next pair will be a 9 but the 9 1/2 are fine with thick socks. A great boot and I received a TON of compliments the first week I wore them. Guys totally dig them!

I just received it this afternoon, and I totally loved it at the first look! BUT after I checked the quality, there are scratches on the boots, which makes me feel terrible cuz I saw a lot of positive reviews!! I don’t know what happened to my boots? I think I will return them and maybe get another pair.

This is a classic Frye boot, high quality and beautiful craftsmanship. I love the shaft length;they go great with pants or skirts, and the leather is lovely. An all-around great purchase.

I drooled over these boots for months, and looked at lots of other styles before deciding on this pair. I got the tan color, which looks distressed like they are already broken in. I normally wear an 8 in any boot or enclosed shoe, but following the advice of other reviewers, I ordered a half-size down, and once I can get them on, they fit perfectly. Yes, they are hard to get on and off, and I really do hope they will stretch just a bit. Before I ordered, I was worried that the boot shaft might be too small for my athletic calves, but it fits fine. I can wear these with skinny jeans tucked in, and I can actually wear them under my straight-leg (not boot-cut) jeans.

I purchased this shoe a half size smaller based on other reviewers reommendations. I had to return however, due to the lask of arch support. I will purchase my usual size so that I will have room for an insert. I did not want to have to wait until the boot stretched out before I could the insert in. Besides, the toes box was a bit small for me anyway. The shaft is very roomy with a thin sock or tights and I don't have tooth-pick calves. It would be great with a thicker sock. Otherwise, the shoe is certainly worth the price.

I'm a solid size 9 - always. Except for these boots. I ordered the 9s first and they were huge. I was hesitant to try the 8.5s for fear they'd be claustrophobia-inducing, but they were perfect. These boots are brutal to get on but give them time and the leather will loosen enough so that you don't have to be a contortionist to get them on/off. The craftsmanship and leather quality are impeccable. Very comfortable to walk in right out of the box. I have small bunions and the width is just fine. Well worth the splurge.

Yes, these are beautiful and very wearable & classy. Great with everything, great shaft length. I have saddle, plum, olive green, and RED. The Red and Olive Green are the latest. I can't wait for the cool weather to fly. I'll be "Frying" everyday. Have fun, you will love them, and everyone will ask, "Where did you get those boots! I want them too!"

Pros: This boot is very well made.
Cons: Makes your foot look huge.
Very long & narrow in front, if you have a wide foot forget it, my feet are narrow and they were snug.
Too wide in heel flopped on and off in the heel. I tried the 8.5 because that is what I wear and it felt way too big, so then I tried the 8 and it fit in front but was still slipping on and off in the back. Also, the shaft of the boot is big so if you have a thinner calf like I do it looks and feels pretty weird. Sadly after wanting these boots for months I had to return them.

They run large. I ordered 1/2 size down and the fit is perfect. Haven't worn these outside yet as it is still too hot here but they feel and fit great. Probably not high enough to wear with a skirt. The plum color is very subtle and really is a neutral.

I have owned a pair of these boots for six years. I bought my first pair in my "true" size though once I had them broken in I found they were about 1/2 size too big. I wore them often though they were a little uncomfortable, thinking that I would replace them when they wore out with a half size smaller. The good and bad news is that these boots are so well-constructed that they didn't wear out after six years! So recently I just decided to go ahead and purchase a new pair that fit better. I couldn't be happier with my new boots: they are comfortable but very sturdy. A real fashion statement!! My advice is to get a half size smaller than you normally wear. I'm looking forward to wearing mine for years. And the plum color is beautiful--I hope it continues to be available, along with all the other more "offbeat" choices like navy, olive, etc. Thanks!

I have wanted these for 6 months and they initially sold out fast.
The green is great, goes with pretty much everything and the boot are very comfortable. I am just sad it's summer and I won't get much wear out of them for a few months.
Great boot but disagree with reviewers about sizing

I followed the advice of the majority of reviewers and ordered a half size smaller than my true size (8.5; ordered 8) but I am returning the boots today in hopes that the 8.5 will be a better fit. While the boot was comfortable without socks, even thin socks made the toe box too tight. There's no doubt that the leather will break in but according to those who own boots, you should still have toe room even in new boots. I have to say the minority wins in this case, I think the boots fit true to size. Will update once I get the 8.5 boots.

I ordered 1/2 sz smaller than my normal sz. They fit perfect! Solid quality and comfort. Olive was on sale, even better. All of the colors are great.

I swear to god I love these boots so much I almost slept with them on the first night I got them. It may sound childish, but they incited that naive feverent love in me! They smell good, they're comfy (after a normal break in period of a few days) they look great and they are fun to walk in, because they give you that sexy saunter only an amazing pair of boots can. I got the tan ones, and they have a nice uneven tone that make them look sort of antiqued, yet not worn out. They are great with skinny jeans and even cuter with a skirt. I even saw another girl wearing them with those coulats (I have no idea how to spell that word) but you know, the flowey stovepipe capri length pants... and they were super cute. I love these so much I am even considering getting them in the olive. I am even sad summer is coming because I know it'll be time to put them away and get out the flip flops. All that said, DON'T BUY ANY! I WANT THEM ALL FOR MYSELF!! :)
I'm sure they would have been lovely if I could have gotten them on

I lusted after these boots for a long time and when I finally got the funds for them I was so excited to receive them. But, disappointment of all disappointments, I couldn't get them on. I have an incredibly high instep and there just wasn't enough room to get my foot in. I tried in the morning, wearing hose, I tried a shoe horn, no luck, not even close. I took them into a cobbler (how fun is it to say that word) and he looked at my foot and the boot and said there was no way that I'd ever get it on. I admitted the crushing defeat and returned them. I had read a few reviews where people with high insteps said they fit a little tight, but were fine once they loosened up, but my super high instep was no match for them.
The boots themselves were beautiful and well made and I'm sure they would have been amazing if they had fit. But they didn't. So if you have a freaky high instep, beware.

I've had a pair of these boots for 2 years now, and I wear them at least 4 days a week. They're wonderful, and still in great shape. Contrary to what some people say, they were comfortable to me the minute I slipped them on (they do run a 1/2 size big-- if you're a size 8 like me, order a 7.5). They give me a bit of height without the discomfort of a heel, and look great with jeans. I even get away with them in a skirt if it's the right one. (I am very particular about how shoes look, I don't sacrifice look for comfort..ever)
These boots have taken me all over the USA and Europe in all kinds of weather. My feet are always happy in them.

I spent many weeks considering this purchase. I tried the boots on in a brick and mortar store, but since the service was so terrible, I decided to order them online. Zappos did not have the size I needed, so I came to Endless and got them the next day. These boots have exceeded my expectations. They look amazing with a good pair of boot cut jeans, and are spectacular with a pair of leggings. I am in love!

These boots are great however they do take a little getting used t. I wear a consistent size 8 and they were a little roomier than I expected. I wear them with a thick boot sock and they seem to be okay then.
The weathered, rugged look of these boots make them a must-have! The free overnight shipping was a fun perk too!

I have looked everywhere for a pair of boots in a rich deep plum. Most are either super stiletto high heeled or really sporty. These are the perfect blend of classic western and funky color. One boot felt a little tight at first, but is already stretching a bit and wearing in.
