Great boots
I love these boots. I am 5'3, but the length of the boot does not bother me. It does hit just below my knee as well. They are very comfortable and i get compliments everytime I wear these. I can wear these with skinny jeans, tights, or leggings. Anyway looks great!
These are the best pair of boots I have (I got 20+)
I'm 5'3", (petite medium frame on the slim side) doesn't have long skinny legs but the length is perfect; the shaft is loose but comfortable. I bought size 6 instead of my normal 5.5. There's plenty of room to tug in skinny jeans and big enough for me to wear thick winter socks. They look best with tights and leggings cos' I like them loose fitting.

This is one of the best looking flat boots that I have seen. It looks great with skirts and leggings and gets plenty of compliments (stone color). The zipper of the boots cuts into my right leg...so it makes the boot somewhat uncomfortable to wear. But the look for me superceeds some of the discomfort. I would by these again.
Jessica Simpson Potla
I was excited to receive the Stone Potla boots for Christmas after several weeks of wanting them. However, after putting them on I was disappointed. I agree with the comment that you must be a little taller to where these. I also am about 5'3 and the top of the boot hit me in an awkward spot above the knee. Also, the half side-zip make these incredibly difficult to pull over top of jeans without bunching. Regretfully, I had to send them back.

These boots are awesome.
I absolutely love them, they are quality boots at an affordable price. They offer a bit (tiny) of a heel so you can wear them with a skirt or a dress and still be comfortable, or you can wear them with your skinny jeans or thights and still be cute.

You must be at least 5'5" to wear these
I'm estimating because I'm 5'3" and I just couldn't wear these. Basically they cut right into my knee / back of the knee and there's no way to walk around comfortably with them, they're just too tall.
Other than that, they look gorgeous.

Stunning boot, *but*...
Ladie with thin calves and thighs, this is the boot for you!
The Potla is a fabulous and stunning boot but, unless you have very thin legs, and narrow knees, this boot will not work for you.
The cuffed top hits above the knee and is very narrow. I have toned and not heavy legs and found this boot cut in a very tight and unattractive way. Unfortunately I had to return them.
Otherwise, this is a very attractive boot constructed from lush leather with nice detailing.
