I've been wearing them for about 2 weeks now and love them. I have worn flip flops for ever so these are very comfortable. Not sure about the "fit" part but they look nice and are easy to wear.

these are not true to size as they are a bit too long for the sizes, however very comfortable and good for walking in.

comfy, cute and goes with anything... it did take a few days for the strap in between my toes to loosen up... at first it was hard and I was questioning how comfortable the flip flops would be, but once that broke in, they are great. Cushiony to walk on. Not sure about the exact "fit" part. I haven't been sore wearing them, but I can see how they do force you to use calf muscles more than the average shoe, but I would not go as far as saying they give you a work out... That part I don't buy. But overall good shoe.

Overall I like the FitFlop Sandal. It is very comfortable to walk around in but don't feel it is claiming what the sandals are suppose to do. I haven't seen any diference in my legs.

Nice arch support. Very comfortable. I wanted a thong to wear to yoga and the pool that provided nice support. I'm very happy with it. I have wide feet and the width is great.

I love the way they make my legs feel like I just got a good workout. The only thing I don't care for is the
triangle shaped piece that tends to rub against the toes at first.

I used to wear an eight but in the last couple of years have had to buy an 8 1/2. The size 8 is find, fits very well. And being a person who has had foot problems (alot) the problems are few to none when I wear these, and I wear them eveyday. I would DEFINITELY recommend and will be buying another pair.

These are the most comfortable sandals I have worn in a very long time. Because of the arch support, I can wear them everywhere without any foot soreness. I so feelmy leg muscles the next day, which is why they are FitFlops. Too my surprise, I've had several women stop and ask me, "are those as comfortable as they look?" and "where did you find those, they look great (I had the red on). I've never had anyone stop me to comment on my sandals in the past. The red ones were so comfortable and attractive that I have since purchased the black pair so I can wear them with everything! You'll love these.
Superior Comfort, but where's the wobble?

Finally, I've found a thong sandal that stays on! I have somewhat narrow feet that are a normal size 8 in length, but more like a size 7 in width. I normally have to where size 8 sandals to accommodate the length of my feet, which makes most thongs feel like they're falling off when I walk. I usually have to scrunch my toes to keep them on. Thankfully, size 7s in these fit perfectly in length AND width. No more toe scrunching! So, if you have a narrower foot, know that you can probably safely size down without going too short in the length.
The footbed is soft and flexible, and the top portion is also very comfortable. Between these and the Oasis Suede ones, I find these a smidge more comfortable.
As for the micro-wobble board, all I can say is the wobble must be really micro. I cannot sense any at all. These just feel like super comfortable thongs.
Bottom Line: Comfortable thongs, but don't expect them to feel any different from other sandals.

It is been about a month since I bought the FitFlops. When it came they felt really light. I thought they should been heavier so i thought it won't work well for my legs muscles. I do work out and in good shape. So i wanted something really powerful. After about 3 trips to the park with my child i felt tone in my legs. It felt good! I think i lost some weight at my hips too. I do love this fitFlops and i am thinking to buy another pair. Endless. com is fast, got my pair in couple days and no tax. Thank you!

After trying on a friends shoe, I ordered a size smaller than I ususally wear. The size I ordered fit well. The shoe is comfortable. I am considering another pair.

I am not sure if they are giving me a workout, but they are the most comfortable pair of shoes I own. I walk everywhere in my FitFlops and I can't live without them now. I make everyone try them on and tell everyone about them. I didn't have any problems with the size or the fit. It did take me a couple of days to adjust to the straps fitting higher up, I am used to inexpensive flip flops that fit much lower.
Great fit. Over-Priced. Painful

PRO: Sizing is predictable. If you wear 7.5, you should order an 8.
CON: PRICE AND THE FACT THAT, BY DESIGN -- These flip-flops HURT!!! The strap that fits between the toes is made of leather with potruding seams that eat into the flesh between your toes. When I say discomfort--I mean laceration of the skin! No, I wasn't exercising in them. I was merely wearing them around the house performing normal activities.

Shoe is comfortable, but it looks very unattractive in person (I ordered the black). Maybe it's cuter in another color. I'm returning it.
High instep? Don't buy it!

The sandal doesn't have any "give" in terms of the strap across the top of your foot. If you have a high instep, it will be too tight and your foot won't go on all the way.
