Shape Ups are awesome
It takes a little time to get used to walking and balancing in them, but that's all part of the fun. You can walk for miles and never feel discomfort from pounding the pavement because there is so much foam between your foot and the floor. Design, function and quality all in one little shoe. Bravo Skechers! I love them so much I purchased a second pair!
It does what it says
Well I don't have a new body but I didn't really expect to. I do however feel the shoe doing some good work. Not too much and not too little. If it were too much I probably wouldn't put them back on, but I can feel some muscles I didn't before. I would recomend these shoes.
Won't wear anything else!!
I own two pairs and bought two pairs for my mother who suffers from a very bad back - we both love these shoes. They are very comfortable, feels like you're walking on little clouds and they really do work your leg muscles. I wear them around the house and also when I walk my dogs or do the grocery shopping. They are also great for standing for prolonged periods of time as your legs don't seem to get tired as quickly and your back stays relaxed. Love them!!!
Great Shoe
These shoes are very comfortable, they feel a bit strange when you first put them on but you get used to them pretty quickly. They look like any other tennis shoe while your wearing them. My only complaint is that they are NOT true to size. I bought 1/2 size bigger than usual on the advice of a coworker and they are STILL too small. Your foot rocks forward and back while walking, if you don't have enough room you will have sore toes pretty quickly. Arch support is good after you get used to them, they don't allow you to stand flat footed so at first your foot my tilt in. Over all a great shoe.
Got to love shape ups
These shoes are great. They are comfortable and can be worn for long periods at a time. I've gotten compliments on them. I recommend them 100%. I feel they fit true to size.

These shoes are wonderful for walking. Very comfortable. When I wear these at work all day I am not too tired to take the dog for a walk when I get home! When you walk fast you will feel the burn in the back of your calves. Great great shoe.

I AM A HAIRDRESSER W/OUT ANTI-FATIGUE MATS TO STAND ON. MY FEET,BACK AND HIPS HAVE NEVER FELT SO GOOD. I RECOMMEND ANYONE WHO IS ON THEIR FEET FOR HOURS AT A TIME INVEST IN A PAIR OF SHAPE UPS. YOUR COMFORT LEVEL, AND STAMINA WILL GREATLY IMPROVE!!!

I love these shoes. I walk 4 miles a day and these are comfortable throughout. What surprised me was how much I felt the muscles in my stomach working!
