stiff around the collar
There was a lot I liked about these. They had really good tread, and I loved the reinforced toe (great for kicking the ice chunks from behind your tires). They also fit more like a shoe than a boot. I ordered the same size I wear in tennis shoes, and they fit well. I sent them back because they were tight and stiff around the collar of the boot. I have semi-wide calves, and I tend to have minor swelling around my ankles due to bad circulation; so when I took these off after wearing them around the house for a few hours, there was a huge indentation where the collar had been digging in. These would probably be fine on someone with skinny legs.
