We think you'll love its cozy shearling upper, and of course you can count on its special sole composed of three distinct densities of EVA foam. Together they create a slightly destabilizing effect, so your muscles are engaged each time you step, increasing leg, calf and gluteal muscle activity; improving your posture; and reducing the amount of stress on your lower back and feet. Created in the UK, over a two-year collaboration between former Bliss spa-entrepreneur Marcia Kilgore, Biomechanist Dr. David Cook and a team of untiring footwear engineers, FitFlops were initially designed to help modern women squeeze a little more exercise into their increasingly hectic schedules."I thought, how amazing if I could invent something that would help fight the onset of cellulite while I'm walking to the office," says Kilgore. "I work. I have kids. I have a husband. And the likelihood of me seeing the inside of a gym in the next ten years is slim to none. That said, I'd obviously prefer to go with slim." Kilgore found Dr. Cook at The Centre for Human Performance at London's LSBU, where he envisioned injecting the patent-pending 'microwobbleboard' technology into the midsole of the function-forward flip flop. Slightly destabilizing, FitFlops feature three distinct densities of EVA foam in a single-fused underfoot piece, to challenge your muscles more every time you step - to deliver a workout while you walk.

I love Fitflops so I thought I'd try the Inuk boots. I have not been disappointed. They don't have quite the same arch support as the flipflops but more than I've found in any other tall, comfortable boot.

I have arthritis and have alot of ankle pain. I can wear these all day and feel great! I had wanted Uggs, but worried that they would not support my feet and ankles. I LOVE these boots! They look just like Uggs but support Great! I will buy more!

I bought these boots for warmth and comfort. I wanted them to be roomy enough to tuck my pants into. They are just what I wanted.

I have read the other reviews and know that fitflops run a size smaller. I have multiple pairs of summer sandals, so I was so excited to see these boots. I ordered the same size as my fitflop sandals, (a full size smaller than regular), but sadly, it was a drop too small. I needed to return them. They are not as roomy as their summer pals. I wish it came in a 1/2 size, that would have been a perfect fit. It is such a shame, they felt like they would be amazing...

I'm glad I read other reviews of this product and knew to order one full size smaller. I wear size 8 1/2 to 9 and size 8 fits with plenty of room for my custom orthotic and thick socks. these boots are very warm and perfectly comfortable I only wish that they were more durably suited for wet weather.

These are really comfortable boots, and they do work on your legs and butt (I feel it after walking around in the boots for a while). I haven't worn them enough to see any results, but they are great boots, so if there are additional benefits, even better!

Great Support for Wide Flat Feet

I have wide flat feet so it is hard to find boots with a lot of support. I wore my fit flops all summer and love this boot. You need to order one full size down. Great for bigger calves, you can even tuck your jeans into the boot!

I love my boots. I bought them knowing I loved the fitflop flip flop. And they have exceded my expectations! Stylish. Comfortable. Warm. And a reasonable price! They are my favorite Christmas gift to ME! (early gift!!!!)

I really like Ugg-style boots, but they're so bad for my feet.. so I tried these since I figured they would have arch support. Whenever I buy Ugg boots I always buy 1 size down, because suede stretches... so I just guessed with these, and I was right.

I love fit flops and I love the idea behind these boots but something in the sizing isn't right... they are to big, wide, and the leg shaft of the boot slips down... that being said they are warm and soft and comfy so maybe if you order down a full size they might be better... but I would try them on before buying

I bought these b/c I am a cold wimp- I have always liked Uggs but they have no arch support. These are much cooler, with a little platform. Very comfortable. I am a solid 7.5 with narrow feet and the 7 fits well. They are a little wide so if you have narrow feet you may need to size down 1/2 size. Love them-have them in the lighter brown now want them in the darker color.

Don't give you the benefits that fitflop flip flops do

I regret to say that these boots don't live up to the awesome fitflop brand. I have the fitflop flip flops and they are incredible. I can walk for hours in those and my feet, back, hips and knees feel fabulous. Sadly, not so with the fitflop boot. To begin with, the fit is awful. They do not come in half sizes so perhaps they fudged them a bit. All i know is that every shoe in my closet is a size 7 and these are HUGE on me. My foot moves around giving me blisters. There is none of the special support I have come to expect from a fitflop shoe. After walking around even a half hour in these I have pain in all the usual places. What a disappointment. Save your money. If all you want is a warm cozy boot,with no claim to special orthopedic properties, I would recommend Uggs, they are far more comfortable.

A MUST for winter- cosy and warm and very comfortable! I'm walking everywhere in them. Not very elegant but really toasty and blissful.
