foot bed too wide

these shoes are gorgeous, unfortunately, the foot bed/ball part of the shoe is really wide, so they make your toes spread out all weird. i own other pumps/d'orsay shoes by BM and they fit wonderfully. BM, please re-issue these shoes (or similar ones) with a better fit!

Heartbroken and shoeless

The shoe is fierce for sure. However, you can almost tell from the picture how uncomfortable it is. This shoe is a weird pump/sandal hybrid. There really is no toe cage except for the sparkly strap, so all my weight falls on this sharp, narrow strap. Further, the footbed is super narrow, and outsides of the ball of my foot/toes literally were on the floor when I stood in these shoes. I would have loved to have kept them--I got them in hopes of wearing them at my wedding--but they did not warrant their price tag in any way.
