A little difficult to get my foot in!
I love these boots and hopefully over time they will fit a little better but it's very difficult for me to get my foot into them. I typically wear an 8 but bought a 7 as other buyers recommended and there is plenty of room in the shoe once I get my foot into it but its a bit of a wrestling match at first. Quality is high and the boot has been getting me lots of compliments!
Perfect Unique and Easy to Put on!
I tried on many pairs of Frye boots at Nordstrom's to figure out which would fit best. These Frye boots fit perfect (I think that they are right on target with sizing as far as boots go.) I wear a size 8 dress shoe/heel and usually a size 9 snow/winter boot. I ended up with a perfect size 8.5 in this boot. Beautiful color. Inspect the leather for holes from the distressing though! I had to exchange a pair because of a hole tiny hole in the leather when I received them. A++++
SUPER...Classic Styling, Super Quality, Designer Name
I love these boots. They were exactly the style I was looking for. Love the tall shaft! The leather is excellent quality and the craftmanship is as well. They do feel very tight in the width. I normally think of my feet as being narrow, so this was a surprise to me. I think they will break in fine. The narrowness gives them nice sleek styling...more so than my old motorcycle boots. They DO need some considerable break in time, as they are made from thick quality leathers. I wouldn't want it any other way. Overall, they feel pretty good for brand new stiff boots, just tight. They actually fit like a glove...a very tight and stiff glove. I expect them to last, with tough wear and tear, over 10 years. Just like my last pair. For the price, quality and style I highly recommend this purchase as one you won't regret. If your feet run wide, I recommend the next size up!
I love my boots
These boots are awesome. They are so comfortable to walk in and I love the height. I get many compliments on them because they're different, Nordstrom doesn't sell this height either so I'm a big fan.
Frye Never Disappoints

This is a GREAT boot, beautiful wintage looking med tan color (the picture doesn't capture the true richness.
FIT: For shoes in general, I wear a 9 in flats and a 8.5 in heels. All my Fryes are 8.5 including this one and it fits beautifully.
The first day I wore these out I recv'd many compliments. I wore them with skinnys - there's plenty room in the calf area. I love the shaft height of these 15". I plan to wear them with skirts and tights too. They are VERY comfy right out of the box. No breaking in time.

I probably went through the order-and-return process about five times looking for a nice, well-priced boot and I finally found it in the Harness. Naturally, I was looking for something less expensive, but cheap boots nearly always LOOK cheap. These are stylish and substantial. The leather is thick, with a deep luster, and I can tell they'll look great for years to come. The price was pretty reasonable, too, for Frye boots.
