Loved the boot;hated the experience
Boots were delivered overnight as promised--comfort great; but on closer inspection was a hole in the leather-obvious;should have been noticed before shipping. Telephoned, nice rep.; I understood another pair were to be sent right out to me; and now a week later, am told they are out of stock. I AM EXTREMELY disappointed with the service, and maybe everyone should check for holes.
