Disappointment

I just got this bag and will return it. The color (grape juice) is cute, the shape is fun, the size is right, but overall the bag does not work for me. The bag is too rigid and does not hang nicely from my shoulder. The (very) short handle does not help either. To make matters worse, the bag did not come in the mint condition I would have anticipated. I wonder if this bag had been returned by another customer before? It came in a plastic bag but the leather had a few scratches on the front. That's definitely NOT the quality I expect if I purchase an expensive MMJ bag. Endless, you have disappointed me this time. It will have to go back.

I got this bag as an early Valentine's Day gift, and I must say it is wonderful. Ihave the grape juice bag and the color is beautiful. I'm a short woman and the bag just looks great, not too big and not too bulky.
