Returns

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it free of charge for a period of 365 days from the original purchase date-- we'll even pay for the return shipping. Merchandise must be unworn and in the original packaging, and accompanied by the original packing slip. We'll also accept the return of incorrect or defective merchandise that meets the guidelines below.

Unworn Merchandise: Includes any item that is in new condition, still contains the original tags and is in the original packaging (if any). Returns will not be accepted if item exhibits any obvious signs of wear or is not in the condition in which it was received.

Defective Merchandise: Includes any item that does not perform as expected or exhibits damage not associated with normal wear. Does not include items that are the wrong size, color, or style.

Incorrect Merchandise: Contact us via e-mail or use our 24/7 Phone Support if you received an item that is different than what was described on the website or is the wrong size, color, or style than what you ordered. 

Exchanges

If you received a faulty item or would like to exchange an item for a different one, simply place another order for the desired item and return the faulty item to us.  You can print a return label from the "Shipping & Returns" link in My Account. As stated above, merchandise must be unworn and in the original packaging, and accompanied by the original packing slip. We'll also accept the return of incorrect or defective merchandise that meets the guidelines below.

Because of the time involved in shipping and processing your return, we recommend placing a new order right away to ensure the item you want is in stock. Availability of items can change quickly. If you wait to place a new order until after your return is processed, items in your original order may no longer be available.

Please note that if the price of the item has changed since you placed your original order, we'll be happy to honor the previous price on your new order--just contact us using the Call 24/7 link at the top of our site.

Packing & Sending Your Return

You can pack and send your return to us in just a few simple steps.

  1. Repack your unworn item in the original packaging.
  2. Fill out the Returns Information on your packing slip. If you would like an exchange, place another order online--shipping is free and we'll credit you for your return once it is received. (Sorry, we cannot accept requests for exchanges mailed with your return at this time.)
  3. Include a reason code on the packing slip for each item you wish to return.
  4. Include the packing slip in the shipment, and keep a copy for your records.
  5. Print a pre-paid Merchandise Returns Label here.
  6. Fill out your return address information on the label, affix it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest post office. No postage is necessary if the package is mailed from the United States.

If you no longer have the packing slip: Please go to My Account and select the View Orders option to print out a summary of your order. Circle the item(s) you are returning, write in the reason for return, and include the printout with your return.

Unfortunately, Endless.com can not be responsible for packages lost in transit. Sorry, we cannot accept COD deliveries. If you have any questions about the status of your return, contact us via email or use our 24/7 Phone Support.

Please note: Allow four weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. Return mailing labels obtained from our online Returns Center are valid for domestic returns only.

Returning Items You Didn't Order

Please send us e-mail if you received an extra item in a shipment, or items were delivered to you (or to your home) that you didn't order. If you live in the United States, we'll mail you a postage-paid return mailing label for their return.

At your earliest convenience, e-mail us and let us know:

  • the item(s) you incorrectly received,
  • your name,
  • your mailing address,
  • and the routing information from the address label on the outside of the package.

To find the routing information, look for a long string of letters and numbers separated by slashes that looks like this:

fbfe18717/-1-/econ-us/1604244/

What we need is the combination of letters and numbers that appears just before the first slash (for example, in this case, it would be "fbfe18717").

Gift Returns & Refunds

If you received an item as a gift and need to return it, please follow the guidelines and instructions above for making a return. The gift purchaser will be refunded the amount of the returned items.

Product Recalls and Safety

If you have questions about a product recall, please contact the manufacturer for further assistance. We'll send an e-mail notice to you with recall information and instructions if we are informed of a product recall for an item you purchased.

If you think a product might be unsafe, please report this information to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) or contact Endless directly at product-safety@endless.com.
