Returns

We are continuing to accept returns on purchases placed before April 6, 2012. Purchases made on or after April 6, 2012 are no longer eligible for returns. Please contact us for assistance with returns.

For international returns, send the original item back to us via an economical method, and if the return was the result of our error, we'll reimburse you up to a set amount for the shipping costs once we receive the returned item.

Customers seeking reimbursement for international return shipping must provide a copy of the return shipping receipt from the carrier to endless.com Customer Service in order to process the return shipping reimbursement request. If the return was not the result of our error, all return shipping costs, duties and taxes will be your responsibility.

When returning multiple orders at the same time, please package each order in a separate package and include the correct return documentation with each order.

Unfortunately, Endless.com cannot be responsible for returns packages lost in transit. Sorry, we cannot accept COD deliveries. If you have any questions about the status of your return, contact us via e-mail or use our 24/7 Phone Support.

Allow four weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. Return mailing labels obtained from our online Returns Center are valid for domestic returns only.

Merchandise must be unworn, in new condition, and in the original packaging. Returns will not be accepted if the item exhibits any obvious signs of wear.

All original packaging and materials including boxes, manuals, warranty cards, instructional DVDs, and any other materials in the original shipment must be returned with your merchandise.

Defective Merchandise: Includes any item that is in new condition, still contains the original tags and is in the original packaging (if any). Returns will not be accepted if item exhibits any obvious signs of wear or is not in the condition in which it was received. All original packaging and materials including boxes, manuals, warranty cards, instructional DVDs, and any other materials in the original shipment must be returned with your merchandise.

Incorrect Merchandise: Contact us via e-mail or use our 24/7 Phone Support if you received an item that is different than what was described on the website or is the wrong size, color, or style than what you ordered.
