ReturnsIf for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it free of charge for up to 30 days from the original purchase date--we'll even pay for the return shipping. Our self-service Online Return Center makes returns easy, and you can choose to send your items free of charge by U.S. Postal Service or trackable UPS shipping for domestic orders. Merchandise must be unworn, in new condition, and in the original packaging. Returns will not be accepted if the item exhibits any obvious signs of wear. If you received an item that is different than what was described on the website or different from what you ordered, you may still use our Online Return Center to request either a free replacement or a refund. Unworn Merchandise: Includes any item that is in new condition, still contains the original tags and is in the original packaging (if any). Returns will not be accepted if item exhibits any obvious signs of wear or is not in the condition in which it was received. All original packaging and materials including boxes, manuals, warranty cards, instructional DVDs, and any other materials in the original shipment must be returned with your merchandise. Incorrect Merchandise: Contact us via e-mail or use our 24/7 Phone Support if you received an item that is different than what was described on the website or is the wrong size, color, or style than what you ordered. ExchangesAt this time, we are unable to do exchanges. Your shopping experience is important to us, and we are working to implement this process in the future. Here is how to send a return to us. If you’d like to replace the item you purchased, simply return the product and place another order. We'll issue a refund to your original payment method used after we receive your return. If you're ordering a different size of the same item, and the price of the item has changed since you placed your original order, we'll be happy to honor the previous price. Just let us know by contacting usBecause of the time involved in shipping and processing your return, we recommend placing a new order right away to ensure the item you want is in stock. Availability of items can change quickly--if you wait to place a new order until after your return is processed, items in your original order may no longer be available. Packing & Sending Your ReturnThe way you return an item to us will depend on whether you are returning an item you ordered yourself, an item you received as a gift, or an item you received by mistake. But each process is designed to be as easy as possible for you. Keep in mind that no postage is necessary if the package is mailed from the United States. For international returns, send the original item back to us via an economical method, and if the return was the result of our error, we'll reimburse you up to a set amount for the shipping costs once we receive it back. Customers seeking reimbursement for international return shipping must provide a copy of the return shipping receipt from the carrier to endless.com Customer Service in order to process the return shipping reimbursement request. If the return was not the result of our error, all return shipping costs, duties and taxes will be your responsibility. For your protection, returns of orders over $5,000 require insurance. Returning an item you received as a gift The Online Returns Center allows gift recipients to return items they received as a gift even if the order was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase. Packing Slip and Order NumberFinding the Order Number on Your Packing Slip: Look for a chain of characters located below your billing address: e.g., Order ID xxx-xxxxxxx-xxxxxxx. If you no longer have the packing slip: Visit our online returns center (http://www.endless.com/returns) and complete the return process. We'll provide you with a return authorization bar code, a return label, and additional mailing instructions for returning the item. When returning multiple orders at the same time, please package each order in a separate package and include the correct return documentation with each order. Unfortunately, Endless.com cannot be responsible for returns packages lost in transit. Sorry, we cannot accept COD deliveries. If you have any questions about the status of your return, contact us via e-mail or use our 24/7 Phone Support. Allow four weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. Return mailing labels obtained from our online Returns Center are valid for domestic returns only. Product Recalls and SafetyIf you have questions about a product recall, please contact the manufacturer for further assistance. We'll send an e-mail notice to you with recall information and instructions if we are informed of a product recall for an item you purchased. If you think a product might be unsafe, please report this information to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) or contact Endless directly at product-safety@endless.com. |
