100% Price Match Guarantee

We're working hard to make sure our prices are the best around, but if you find another site that offers a lower price within two weeks after the date we ship your order, let us know and we'll credit your original payment method for the difference, subject to the limitations below. And if we lower the price on our own site within 14 days of the order date, we'll refund you the difference as well--as long as all the conditions listed below apply.  At this time, our 100% Price Match Guarantee only applies to orders shipped within the U.S., U.S. Protectorates and APO/FPO addresses.

Our 100% Price Match Guarantee has some limitations:

1.      You must first purchase the item on endless.com before requesting your Price Match Guarantee.
2.      Special promotions such as rebates, gift certificates, and "buy one, get one" offers are not eligible.
3.      The item must be currently available in the same size, style, and color that it is on endless.com, and be in stock and available for purchase on the competitor's U.S. Web site.
4.      Guarantee applies to Web sites only, not brick-and-mortar only stores.
5.      The Web site must not be an auction site, discount site (like overstock.com, 6pm.com and smartbargains.com), Amazon.com, site affiliated with Amazon.com, membership club and the seller must be an authorized seller of the item. "Authorized" is a term brands use to denote retailers that procure product directly from the brand. Two main benefits of buying from an authorized retailer are: 1) the product is shipped directly from the manufacturer, and 2) the product is covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
6.      Web site must be run by a U.S. Corporation.
7.      Price difference applies to full cost of the item minus any promotions, and does not include tax.
8.      Item must be purchased on endless.com to file a claim for 100% Price Match Guarantee, and lower price must have been found on a competitor site within 14 days of the endless.com order date. The endless.com price is the price after any rebates or promotional discounts have been applied to the item.
9.      If claim is filed for price reduction on endless.com within 14 days of order date, refund is for 100% of the price difference. The item must be currently available on endless.com in the same size, style, and color that you purchased.
10.  There is a limit of one guarantee claim per item (multiple claims on the same item will not be eligible).
11.  Guarantee only applies to purchases for personal use. Guarantee does not apply to purchases for resale or commercial purposes.
12.  We reserve the right to deny claims if our policy is being abused.
