If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it free of charge for a period of 365 days from the original purchase date--we'll even pay for the return shipping. Endless.com is not responsible for packages lost in transit. Sorry, we cannot accept COD deliveries.

Merchandise must be unworn and in the original packaging, and accompanied by the original packing slip so we can properly credit your original form of payment.

How do I return an item?

1. Repack your unworn item in the original packaging.
2. Fill out the Returns Information on your packing slip. If you would like an exchange, place another order online--shipping is free and we'll credit you for your return once it is received. (Sorry, we cannot accept requests for exchanges mailed with your return at this time.)
3. Include a reason code on the packing slip for each item you wish to return.
4. Include the packing slip in the shipment, and keep a copy for your records.
5. Print a pre-paid Merchandise Returns Label here.
6. Fill out your return address information on the label, affix it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest post office. No postage is necessary if the package is mailed from the United States.

Refunds are requested after we receive and process your return. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
