Updating Shipping and Billing Information for Your Order

It's easy to revise shipping and billing information for an order you placed with Endless.com, as long as the order has not yet entered the shipping process.

Go to the My Account page and click on the "View orders" link. Click on the order for which you would like to update the billing or shipping information. From here, you can change your shipping address, payment method, shipping method, and billing address by clicking the Edit button next to the relevant listing. For security reasons, when you change your shipping address you will need to re-enter your credit card number.

If an order is marked as "Shipping Soon," this means it is being prepared for shipment and cannot be changed by you or by our customer service department. If the package will not reach you because of an incorrect address, it will be returned to us as undeliverable and you will need to place a new order
